Does firs line have to be my first name like the drop down menu

NO put in what ever you want your "first name" to be but have to limit to # of characters they suggest.

Whats the turn around time on an order? I need mine in 5 days .

The instructions say this label is not for clothing and avoid high temperatures but then in answers that it’s durable on clothes. Please clarify.

I personally love them. I have put them on my daughters clothes on the tag. They have stayed on. I wash in cold and dry in low heat. I try not to set any stains in the clothes this way. I also put it on all her lunch containers and thermas. They call get washed in the Hot dishwasher and are perfectly fine. I highly recommend them.

Will these labels stand up to hospital cleaners? Example: I would apply them to wheelchairs, walkers, etc to keep people from stealing equipment.

The stickers are pretty durable but I don't know about how they'd hold up against cleaners. You may consider using a label maker instead.
