Works great - easy install. If you've had a touch faucet, this will take some time to get used to, as it's not an instantaneous on/off like a touch faucet. You have to hold your hand in front of the sensor for a second - so you can't just flash your hand in front of it - you have to be deliberate. The pros, though, are that you can't erroneously turn the water on and off by moving the spout, as would always happen with our touch faucet - which was a pain. Too, we had a leaky cartridge after a few months of use, but the seller was quick sending a replacement - and it's easier to install than installing a new faucet. Pro tip for cartridge install: After you take off the handle, next unscrew the metal housing by hand (or use pliers with a wash cloth on it so it won't scratch). Our faucet had a big nut securing the cartridge, and you cannot insert needle nose pliers inside the housing the unscrew it - it's too tight. Apparently, some faucets have that nut and the one shown in the video the seller sent me did not. I found the replacement cartridge superior to the original, as it was stiffer, allowing for a more precise flow of water - which was kind of annoying with the original faulty cartridge.

Updating my review. Got the WEWE motion sense to work. It looks like motion sense only works if you leave the manual handle in the ON position. If the manual handle is shut off, motion sense does not turn ON the water. I suppose there is a benefit to this. You can control the flow of water using the manual handle and then leave it in that position. From that point on, you can use the motion sense feature to turn the water on/off. Faucet appears to be well made and was easy to install. No leaks, but it has only been a day. Will see how it performs a couple years from now. Comparing it to 2 other MOEN motion sense faucets that I have. My MOEN motion sense will turn the water ON/OFF using the motion sense when the manual handle is in the OFF position. I have had them for at least 4 years without any issues... only battery change about once a year. Hope the WEWE works trouble free for years as well.

After not being able to directly call them and them never responding to my second email and problem, TODAY, WITHOUT ME EVEN EXPECTING IT, a new faucet was delivered to me. Thank you! Thank you! THANK YOU!!! ( I would have been relieved to know that it was coming though. I got a few extra wrinkles not knowing why I wasn't getting a response from you!) ORIGINAL POST: I really do love the faucet since I cook a lot and the touchless feature is great. However, we were having trouble with it and they never responded after I sent them the info that they asked for. Now we have a new problem and cannot even use the touchless feature! The sensor, that I had told them seemed loose has now fallen partway in and will not work. That's actually why I am on here today, hoping to find a phone number where I can contact you ASAP. I am sooo thankful that it has a button to switch it back to normal mode when there is a problem like this or the batteries go dead. Just PLEASE post a number where you can be contacted. You boast of 24/7 service but this would sure help.

Killer! Can't beat the price. Installed easily and no leaks. Hose length is long enough to reach the disposal drain. Impressed with quality and instructions. Buy this one, I likey.
