OSIPOTO 2LB Bread Maker, 17 in 1 Automatic Stainless Steel Bread Machine

One of my best purchases for my kitchen, I am absolutely delighted with this bread maker. It is intuitive and easy to use, ideal whether you are starting or already have experience. The stainless steel design not only looks modern and elegant on the countertop, but it is also easy to clean thanks to its non-stick interior. I have tried a couple of functions of the 17 they have and elegant bread comes out perfect. It is silent while working and the 15-hour timer is spectacular to program it and wake up with the smell of freshly made bread. No doubt I recommend it 100%

I LOVE bread & used to make it often but sometimes I just can't devote that much time to it. I still wanted to have fresh bread with ingredients I control so I found & bought this Osipoto model. I am so pleased. I, rather this bread machine, makes bread on a regular basis with very little time commitment or involvement on my part. It works great & is very easy to use. It also looks great. It's not noisy & doesn't move; the suction cups help, but there isn't a whole lot of shaking anyway. I highly recommend making bread at home & this model is a reliable, moderately priced option.

This bread machine is amazing! It works perfectly, every single time. It was easy to figure out how to use, and it's versatile. I was able to come up with custom recipes without trouble, and with just a single batch to iterate, refine the ratios for perfection. It's quiet, doesn't heat up the whole room, easy to clean, reliable, powerful, and makes fantastic bread! The Bread comes out with a perfect rise and crust if you get the proportions right and use the right settings. Here's my best recipe for your enjoyment; Siri Nin's Honey Barley Bread: 1000g batch 350g Barley Flour 175g Vital Wheal Gluten 375g Water 150g Orange Blossom Honey 9g Salt 8g Active Dry Yeast 13g - 1 Pat Butter - melted Water & Honey & Butter > Salt in corner > Flour & Gluten > Yeast in hole Set to light crust, Sweet preset, 2lbs. I have had this bread maker for approximately 3 months. I have made numerous items from basic bread, bread w/ inclusions, quick bread, and dough. The settings are easy to set except the “bake” setting. I use this setting to add some additional time to my quick bread recipes. I have to double check myself to ensure it initiates otherwise I have already come back to find it was only on the warming function. Now this may be user error but I use this machine at least weekly if not more and that function still doesn’t seem to initiate as easy as the others when I use it. I have had no issues with my bread or dough. Bread is moist and evenly baked. I prefer the light crust setting and typically make 2 pound loaves. The bread doesn’t stick to the pan, it comes out super easy. I have yet to have the paddle come off inside the loaf which I appreciate. It makes less of a “hole” in the loaf than my previous one. The dough rises beautifully and doesn’t stick to the pan when releasing it on the counter. The machine is light enough to move around but sturdy so I don’t think it’s going to break. The suction cups on the bottom keep it in place on my counter. The manual doesn’t come with the individual times for each step of the individual settings. For example, the amount of time for mixing/rising for each round is not written out specifically. This comes in handy when adding inclusions. Although there is a beep to let you know when you should add them some recipes call for inclusions to be added the last 5 minutes of the final mix so you need to figure that out. Overall, I love this machine. I definitely recommend it. It would be 5 stars if I could get that “bake” setting to initialize as easy as the others and I could locate a time breakdown for each cycle. One tip…make sure you are using reliable bread machine recipes and follow the instructions for the order in which to add the ingredients. Bread/Dough making is super easy and delicious when done correctly.

I've been very happy with this bread maker. It's a great size for the kitchen counter—not so large that it takes up a ton of space, but still big enough to make a nice-sized loaf for a family. The machine is simple to use, and the bread comes out great. The controls are straightforward, and after a couple of uses, it became very easy to operate. I do have one funny story that might help other first-time users. The first time I used it, I didn't fully push the kneading paddle down onto the shaft. The result was a sad block of gooey flour and ingredients that never mixed properly—LOL. To be fair, that was completely my fault. The instruction manual specifically says to make sure the paddle is fully seated before starting, and I simply didn't double-check. Once I corrected that mistake, the machine worked perfectly. If you're new to bread makers, learn from my experience and make sure the paddle is pushed all the way down before you start! Overall, this is a nice bread maker that produces delicious bread, is easy to use, and fits well on the counter. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Works well - my old bread machine was not cutting it anymore - bread would stick to the pan, plus it was noisy. Received it yesterday and within an hour of unpacking and cleaning the parts - I was making bread - came out perfect - best tasting bread ever - don’t need to buy store garbage anymore

I absolutely love this bread maker! Very easy to use! Just make sure you read the instructions well so you completely understand the capabilities! Comes with a recipe book and is lightweight! If you like crust, it’s customizable to do so. Makes great quality bread.

It works good. I just my wife would use it more.
