I take one when I wake up and one before I go to bed. after about three weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my stress levels. I feel more calm now. I was really skeptical at first, but it really does work. I’m also on several medications that improve my mood and I was still able to notice this Ksm-66 working. I gave it four stars because the capsules are usually the same amount, but there are some that are not all the way full in some cases half full.
