Misleading labelling – not suitable for anxiety sufferers
I am leaving this review to help others make an informed decision. The front label highlights “1000mg magnesium”, however the supplement facts show this equates to only 140mg elemental magnesium, alongside several additional high-dose vitamins that are not clearly highlighted on the front of the packaging. For people who are sensitive, or who experience anxiety or mental health difficulties, these additional ingredients may not be suitable. I would strongly advise reading the full label carefully before purchasing. I found the presentation misleading and wish this had been clearer before buying.
