Nutricost BCAA Powder 2:1:1 (Raspberry Lemonade, 90 Servings)

I love the taste of this product (raspberry lemonade). I only used half a scoop in a 40 oz water bottle and it was more than enough. I had a 3 mile run and did weights for about 30 mins. I took this during my workout and the next morning I was fine. When taking other products I would feel somewhat sore the next morning, but not with this product. I feel ready for the next workout and I’ll continue buying this.

I love this! The flavor is amazing and I can’t prove it but I think it has helped my hair and nails grow tremendously. For a long time it was the only thing different I was doing and I could see a difference in nails and hair. I didn’t take it for that reason but either way, it’s easy to take and drink daily, works well and tastes great!

It really gives a boost on your workouts. I mixed it with a juice from a lemon on each use and it is another thing. The flavor is awesome and with the lemon, good bye Irene! It dissolves easely, there is no upset stomach or anything like that, on the contrary, it really boost your stamina. It is a top Quality product. It is my first time using Nutricost products and won't be the last. The proteins are incredible and I am really feeling the change since starting using them. It is a must if you are into developing muscle mass and strenght naturally.

Best deal for the money! A big and healthy dose of my BCAA's that is easy to take. The taste is not the best for sipping. It goes down fine if you just guzzle down a 16oz glass mixed with refrigerator cold water. On non lifting days I take right before bed so my body can use to repair muscles while I sleep. It's also nice that it dissolves easily.

I was looking for amino acids, that I could put in water and drink. The flavor is very good with no weird after taste. I saw a few comments that states it is too sweet, I don't find it too sweet, when mixed with 24 ounces of water. I am extremely pleased with the price, size (90 servings) and flavor. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the artificial sugar is sucralose (Splenda). According to a search on WebMD: "Sucralose and gut health. Your gastrointestinal tract (GI), or microbiome, is home to lots of different kinds of helpful bacteria. These bacteria help your body to maintain a healthy immune system. Some studies have shown that sucralose can change your gut microbiome by lowering the number of good bacteria by half."

Bought this at the recommendation of AI, was looking for an inexpensive post-workout recovery drink. Here is the only downside (but I don't consider it a downside) it is EXTREMELY SWEET. Perhaps the kids these days like it that sweet. To get it to my desired likeness I use approx.1/4 scoop to 1+ liter (32-40oz) of water (I think the recommendation is 1 scoop to 16oz/500ml). This allows me to spread out 1 scoop to 4 liters ensuring that I drink enough water throughout the day (and get more bang for my buck... thus not a downside.

Raspberry lemonade sounds good, but taste so fake.
