I’ve used this brand for years and have never had any problems with them. This one has lots of features and delivers high performance at a reasonable price

Wifi keeps losing connection. Have tried factory reset. Tried changing settings. Tried using as an access point and as router and still does same thing. "Connection Unavailable" after a while. If you restart the router it works great for a few days.

I wanted to do something to improve my wifi especially for my Quest 3/ pc experience and was thinking either a stand alone direct link or perhaps a wifi 6e or 7 router so I saw this and (canceled my order for the direct link item) When I get this thing it even looked a little light weight nothing to it seems to weigh less than a pound. Very easy set up and then BAM... Connection to my (all premium) Laptop,tv, phone and Quest3 ....they all were changed and became much more focused,clearer and perceptively different and BETTER. As if a whole layer of grime and fuzz removed. There has tp be something to this wifi 7 and it's backwards compatabilty. I must reccomend this inexpensive piece of gear in mine or anyone's "quest" for great sound and video networking.

I opted to configure this workstation as a wireless Access Point vs a traditional router. It's important to note that if you choose to use as a conventional router, the Wireless network and Ethernet DHCP network live on 2 separate subnets. This comes in to play if you're intending to log into the configuration page from an Ethernet connected computer, it won't work unless attached by some other means. As a result, the only way to get into the router's configuration page would be from a wireless device connected from your network IE phone or Application. This router configuration by default has OFDMA disabled. I suggest enabling this to improve multiple stream bandwidth (the main benefit of WiFi 6 and 7). Now that I have this device added as an access point, I can use it to manage clients on the other side of my house without having risk to collision of DHCP addresses on the primary subnet, I have my primary router handling all the address management. This is a great upgrade to extend the range in a house in my case. It is lacking of a USB port for external File/Printer access. I would have liked to see this as a viable option and has been more or less standard as of the last several years. Thus far reliability of stable connection has been good and handles both Smart Home/Device/Video traffic just fine.

Me parece un buen producto , lo utilizo para dispositivos inteligentes vinculados a Alexa , por el momento manejo 50 dispositivos a la vez y funcionan perfectamente , antes tenia 2 repetidores y los dispositivos inteligentes no funcionaban perfectamente, ahora me funcionan correctamente sin retrasos.

Trash. I gave it 2 instead of 1 star because of it being renewed but after 3 hours of trying to connect to my Arris SB8200, It just wouldn't connect, I had xfinity reset my modem's configuration 3 times and reset this router 3 times and I still couldn't stat connected. I have other tenda products that haven't given me any problems but this one just didn't want to work.

Easy to configure. Good speed.

Horrible interface, can't setup the router, it keeps going offline. Also do your research on the security risks that have been reported on tenda. After trying for hours to try and setup the trash, doing a quick Google search on how to get it to work, and seeing multiple search results explaining the security risks of using tenda router, I threw this router in the trash were it belongs.

I am very impressed with the speed and ease of setup of the Tenda BE5100. Unless it suffers from a short lifespan there are no downsides from what I've experienced so far. It easily covers my entire home. We pay for a 1gb service and I'm getting nearly that over wireless. Time will tell, but for the price it's pretty hard to find anything negative to say.
