Can you take the sport one with the pure one?

Thank you for your question. 
Yes, you can take them both at the same time. Recommended daily dose is 2 tbs.  You can take for example one tablespoon of Sport in AM and one tablespoon of Pure in PM or the other way around. Adding Sport to your daily intake will have additional advantage of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine )  which helps protect, repair muscle.
