I bought this in May, but I was hesitant about taking it because I wanted to consult this with my primary care doctor since I’m on depression-anxiety and ADHD medications, fast forward to a week ago, I had an appointment, I asked and I had a green light to take this supplement as an addition to my medication, and I have to say that THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED! This is what was missing. The medication is doing a great job, however this supplement is an amazing addition. I feel great! Even more energized and my mood improved significantly. I was advised to start taking it slowly and in the morning, starting at 2 drops the first day, then 4 and so on until I got to 10. Since the first 2 drops I started seeing results. I think that the outcome depends on each individual, we all are different and what works for me might not for you, but give it a try! Consult with your doctor first though.

I was dealing with high anxiety and probably some depression. I feel so calm now. I do not get a burst of energy from it like my kids but I’m also anemic so I’m sure it’s just balancing things out. I’m on GLP too so anyone who knows the tiredness after shot day GET this! The difference in my fatigue is REAL which I have not had with any other B12! You can tell by the taste it’s highly concentrated not the watered down stuff from Walmart. The only negative I noticed is I started grinding my teeth a little so I’m backing down to half a dose.
