Bought this in the past and have to buy another one. It is soft and comfortable compared to other hard pillow cushions. It conforms to wherever you use it. You can move it to where you need it, and it will help. I did buy seat cushions in the past and should have sent them all back, all being hard and very uncomfortable. This is the only lumbar support that clearly helps. It is not huge, so if you are larger, see if they have a larger pillow. I am a female, 5'5", 112 lbs. Ask them to make you a larger one if needs be.

Perfect I keep one in my desk chair and another in my walker basket for trips to Dr as their chairs are usually not pitched right. This relieves lower back stress and is a good quality memory foam.

Nice cushion but a little too chunky for the car or recliner. I will keep it just in case it works for other situations.

I've recently developed some back issues. I'm seeing a physical therapist and she recommended getting some back support for situations where I am sitting in chairs that really don't offer proper back support (which is almost everywhere I sit). So I purchased a half dozen different supports, trying to find ones that work. For me, this support isn't sufficient for most chairs. It's helps, but it's much smaller than most supports and for most chairs I find the larger supports more helpful. Where I decided to use this was on my recumbant bike! It definitely helps there, and in that situation there isn't actually room for a larger support, so it's perfect for that situation. Your mileage may vary.

This is my third pillow. One of my rescue dogs chewed up the first pillow I got so I purchased a replacement. My other dog chewed on that one but I now use it sleeping. I decided to get a third one to use for lumbar support for my office chair. Very comfortable and I am using it now!

I use this for driving. The pillow adjust to the shape of the lower back after a while. It helps with lower back pains. But it would be more comfy if it was bigger to support more space on my back.

This lumbar pillow is shaped nothing like the picture. It’s like a blown up bag that comes in your packages. There’s no support as it’s uncomfortable to use. I’ll use it as a pillow that’s the only use I have for it right now. But to use as back support nah!!

Very small and if you need it for your back it's worthless.

The size of the fake one is 17 X 35 (the one which I received) I had earlier the original Big Hippo which was bigger in size and better quality

I bought two of them as I really liked it. This one is not big and perfect size for me so that I can easily use it everywhere. It helps my lower back as I sleep. Great support. It helps on the airplane seat. I must make sure I don't forget my pillow when I get off the airplane! Good buy!

This memory foam pillow is okay – it's firm and comfortable, but that's it. I didn't realize it has no straps or any accessories to secure it to a chair or car seat. It's literally just a small memory foam pillow.

Great product, just not wide enough for larger people. I thought 🤔 that given the name, it was made for larger people 😔
