Was easy to assemble..works well out doors and in doors...the cable was long enough for the purpose I intended it to be used for..had to use an extension cord

disappointing software, hardware is OK
Just a few thoughts: I received a previously returned product, no documentation, items just placed into a the box, -1 star for that. 4 stars for the hardware though, it's bright and works. The app -- I cannot get it to detect the device. The bluetooth settings on my android device does see the device; pairing never completes that way either. -2 stars for the poorly functioning app. Looking forwards to reverse engineering it's protocol and making it work properly.

Words not being able to fit on the sign
The sign came in on time. It was easy to install in my vehicle. It takes some getting used to, but seems to be working. Well you cannot adjust the size of the letters and you. I haven’t been able to adjust the words so that the full word can be on the sign
