Love this stuff! It has a SLIGHT artificial taste, but better than other available protein mixes No chalkiness at all. Expensive for the product, but it’s an excellent whole food sourced protein. A bit hard to mix. I suggest shaking for several minutes then allowing to chill/rest for best texture and flavor

I love this protein! I read many bad reviews about the upgraded version but I don't taste any difference. I love that is has 0 sugar now and lower in calories and carbs. Would definitely recommend. The banana nut bread MRE is definitely my go to!

Folks this hurts me to say, last year before they made the recipe change this was probably the most delicious powder on Earth with a nutritional profile that fit very well with what I needed, and not only did it taste good as a shake, it was phenomenal to make protein waffles and pancakes out of as well. I'm not being hyperbolic when I'm saying it used to be the best protein powder on Earth. Then for Lord knows what reason they decided to change the recipe, it honestly tastes like antifreeze and the powder is so fine that it can't be made into anything and mixes terribly in liquid. Me and others have reached out multiple times to the company and initially they said there was an error in manufacturing, before finally admitting that they changed the recipe, they're saying they're taking customer input to change things, but from how everything is proceeding, it looks like they will never go back to what they used to have. Unless you definitively see something saying that they have gone back to the original recipe, I would stay far away from any of these redcon items.

Delivered early. Good tasting flavor

So far I have nothing negative to say about the product. I really like their energy drinks and decided through word of mouth to try one of these since I’m working on losing a few pounds. I scrolled through the list of flavors and thought this was interesting. Can’t go wrong since their energy drinks are great so why not I said to myself. It arrived and the next morning I tried it. Wow! I can’t believe how good this tastes. When it’s finished I’ll buy another flavor to try but this cannot be compared to Muscle M or the like. Probably closer to Slim F as for flavor but much better. It’s like you blended banana nut bread that’s how accurate it is. The only downside (not negative) is that for a meal replacement, it’s not enough just yet. I need to get used to eating less before it will suffice. My stomach still growls lol. I could mix two but we’ll see. Consistency is like chocolate milk, strawberry milk etc, not thick. Just watch for clumping if you’re new to these. I already offered to buy the wife one immediately after the first taste that’s how good it is. Price is on the line with others of the same size/servings so not super cheap but not expensive. To me it’s worth the price because the taste is so much better than other brands I’ve spent on. If such a random flavor as Banana Nut Bread is this good, it’s likely the rest are just as accurate so those are on the list for me. Give it a try, you won’t regret it that’s for sure. I do wish their REDCON1 logo was larger like their energy drinks so I’d of known about these earlier.
