Muy mal solo me devolvieron 9,947.07 de 16,677.45 sin darme explicación . la devolví por que es de 24 pines pero solo de 360 x 180 dpi y no tiene suficiente fuerza para lo que necesito, la devolví tal como me llego ni siquiera utilicé ni abrí la cinta

The printer works great for our needs. We use it to print monthly statements and other reports throughout the month using older software, and we also print mailing labels. We use both the standard paper width and the wide format paper, as well as heat seal paper on the wide format.

It was packaged nicely but did not have all the connection points I needed (it was supposed to be network ready but was not). Had to return.

This printer is a great machine. It prints through 3 pages clearly and sharply. It handles the work load like a champ.
