I am writing this review after using it, unless we use how we are able to review it. So this is a genuine review who are planning to purchase. It is very useful for working women and specially when suddenly guest arrives and have to cook instantly. And most importantly easy to clean. Apart from chapati dough, we can easily make any type of dough - for masala puri, puri etc. And it truely value for money.

I will give it a 5 star using it for 3 months every day and it just save me a lot of time…worth it recommend this to the working class.

Knob broke in 2 days and no service center available to change. Overall product is useful but service and spares is questionable

Defective Product – Very Poor After-Sales Service by GLEN Very disappointed with this GLEN Atta Maker. The machine has a serious issue and produces a very loud and abnormal noise during operation. I have contacted GLEN several times and their technicians have already visited multiple times. The jar was replaced and the belt was also replaced, but the problem still continues. The machine has not been properly repaired despite repeated service attempts. I have also provided videos and evidence to GLEN several times, but they continue asking for the same information instead of resolving the issue. The biggest problem is the extremely poor and delayed after-sales service. I have been following up since 29 November 2025, and the issue is still pending after several months. I purchased a new product expecting it to work properly, not to undergo repeated repairs. GLEN should replace the defective machine instead of continuing unsuccessful repairs. Very disappointing experience. Think carefully before purchasing this product.

Best to use. This reduced work load. This is my best gift to my spouse.
