Was a bit wary but turned out great! Just what I wanted!!perfect firmness, fairly easy to assemble, and looks great. Perfect size for a small space. I just wish the feet were a little higher.

This is my review 24 hours into this couch. So far it is amazing. I see this couch being in my life for a longggg time. It is so easy to put together. All the steps and parts are logical. Sturdy solid metal poles hold all the cushions together. The fabric, seams, all over craftsmanship is incredible. I could go on. It's not a squishy couch you sink into. It's firm but still cozy. I fell asleep on it last night and felt well rested and nobody aches. I'm not saying it's a replacement for a bed. BUT it works. This is not a couch for children to rough house on tho. This is an eclectic piece of furniture. Pet friendly tho!! Please don't buy those boneless couches :c buy this one!!! This is an actual investment piece that will hold up over time!

The couch is beautiful. Arrived from FedEx in 2 boxes on Friday. And then another 2 boxes arrived 2 days later. I was panicking since after I ordered i saw the reviews on customer service being horrible 😑 but it worked out in the end. The length of the couch is 98. Not 103 but the height is. Low profile but the cushions are thick so don't feel like you are sitting/ laying on the ground. Easy to put together. Will see scratches on the legs because of packaging.

Aesthetically pleasing. I love the shape and look of these. But something changed. I ordered the green love seat in 2024. It was firmer but overall height was shorter. My new apartment has a wider living room so I reordered but this time the 3-seater in black. It’s taller & had softer cushions. (I don’t mind this it’s actually more comfortable. But something to note.) I’m not sure if this difference is color/ size specific. My only critique is the back support is not sturdy at all. My green ones backing broke on one side. The backs are attached via poles you twist into the base and slide the cushions over. So if you lean on them there’s a lot of give to its own detriment. Best to have against the wall. Though they are very easy to clean and move.

Absolutely love this couch. I was hesitant to purchase given the lack of reviews, but I’m so glad I did! This couch is amazing! It is quite low to the ground, but we bought taller legs to bring it up a bit. All of the pillows are quite firm but still very comfortable. Set up was quick and easy. Hardest part was getting the boxes up to our 3rd floor walk up. Everything feels sturdy and high quality. Fabric color is true to what’s pictured online and is soft. Great couch for lounging or napping. If you’re on the fence - get this couch!

We purchased the red loveseat which was perfect for our little space. It's super comfy and firm (which we love). One of the cushions however was not firm and started sagging immediately after use, however customer service was super helpful and immediately responded sending us a replacement cushion, which doesn't have any sagging issues.

Harda as a brickkk.. Very uncomfortable. Arrived with one of the cushions torn. Im annoyed. Lots of hanging strings and miss aligned sewing areas. Overall im not pleased with the item. It's very very very cheap and it's not BLACK more of a ashy charcoal. I purchased for my living room but it gives more of garage furniture ugh. I want to send back but I know its going to be a hassle.

Looks awesome, super NOT comfortable, impossible to return.
