I haven't had opportunity to install these new toners yet but a quick look at them and they look just like the OEM ones. Update: I just installed the Cyan and Magenta toners. The printer accepted them with no issues and they read 100% on the stats page. I did a test print and they work perfectly. No issues. Will buy again when needed.

Updated Review dated 11/16/18: (4 stars) After posting my original review, the seller reached out to me to offer a replacement box of ink cartridges. Although I still find the colors to still be fairly pale, at least the magenta works now. As I don't plan to use the ink for high quality photo printing, these will work fine for my general printing purposes. As such, I've updated my prior review from a 1 star to a 4 star primarily due to my their responsive and helpful customer service. Original Review dated 10/29/18: (1 star) I started using these new cartridges only about two weeks ago. I immediately noticed that the print seemed off. Since then I haven't printed any copies that required color until today. The yellow is VERY pale and the magenta doesn't work at all... nothing. Although the new magenta cartridge has visible liquid ink inside it, none of the ink will print on a page. I replaced it with another new magenta cartridge (even though the first one still has visible ink in it) and the same thing happened.

Followed the instructions carefully when installing cartridge. Would not print properly. Tried a few prints with same results. Did troubleshooting through ChatGPT and it said the cartridge is bad and a common problem with no name budget cartridges like this. I jumped through a bunch of hoops for ChatGPT and sent it multiple pics to try and diagnose the problem. This is it's assessment: This cartridge arrived with a defect that kept the internal shutter from opening, so no toner ever reached the drum. The printer produced only very faint gray output, and it wouldn’t run any cleaning or calibration cycles with this cartridge installed. Reinstalling the old HP cartridge wasn’t an option because it was completely empty and the printer refused to print with it. Once this defective unit was removed, it was clear the problem was with the cartridge itself. I will attempt to return it and steer clear of generic cartridges from now on.

It is great and works well!

Update on 12/1/2025: I received replacement toners as the original I purchased had issues with the black ink. All 4 cartridges had to be returned. I printed a test page and it seemed to print OK. Upgrading the product rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Will upgrade to 4 and 5 stars over a period of time. Ordered and received the 4 toner cartridges on time for my HP laser jet cm1415fmw printer. Installed all the 4 toner cartridges. Black did not print OK and the black letters on the left side of any page either did not print or was extremely light. The print quality on the rest of the pages were good. This was an issue only on the left side of any page. Tried all the support tips provided by Amazon to rectify the issue but it did not help. So, I returned all the 4 cartridges today for an exchange. They will arrive later this weekend. I'll post an update after I receive the replacement cartridges.

If you're not in a hurry this is awesome. The first set of toner didn't work and I had to return it and get a new one but all of that went perfectly well and the second set works fine
