I take 2 of these at night right before I go to bed and it helps me fall right asleep! The drowsiness factor is why I take these at night instead of in the morning as recommended. And though it says to take on an empty stomach, I rarely do that, but these still work pretty well and like clockwork I have a healthy bowel movement every morning right when I wake up. It has a kind of sweet taste which is pleasant but doesn't really smell like anything. I have noticed though that I'm kind of cranky/mean after taking these, at least for the first couple days, so the claims that these affect mood are accurate. As for the weight loss claims, I haven't personally noticed any difference and I've been taking these for the past 5-6 months consistently. The selling point for these imo was definitely the price you pay for the quantity as well as the quality. So that said, I'll be purchasing this product for the foreseeable future!

Great value for the money. This probiotic has helped me with stomach issues, digestion, and belly pain. I have gluten intolerance and this has helped me a great deal. I would highly recommend this product and the seller.

This little bottle is a life changer! I got great results on first day within an hour. Take it every morning for a normal predictable movement. I am impressed after trying many things not really expecting the perfect results I get with these little tablets. So easy and no side effects or issues on how to take.

It actually helped sooth symptoms of my dermatitis but, they were too strong made me feel nauseated and weird had to stop taking them after stop taking them the feeling lasted for 7 days til they were out of my system.

Great product, making the william davis sibo yogurts. And taking it as is. no upset. clean flavors. no ill effects. long term not sure yet. just a few week in. It is a bit hard to smash into powder for the yogurts. Oh the review can't say both the gasseri and subtilice. Both are great.

This has been a complete game changer for me. I suffer from a histamine intolerance so I can't tolerate the blends from store bought versions. Since taking this my food sensitivities has gone down. I haven't even needed to take a DAO supplement I just bought. My digestion is moving along better than it was before. Really happy for these single strains at a great price. I got really sick from a walmart brand and what I love about this product is there are no additives. Just one simple clean product. Kudos to the company, will buy again. 👏💜🙂

Buenos probioticos, no he sentido mucho cambio, espero con el pasar de los días vaya ayudando más.

This is one of my favorite probiotic strains to make yoghurt with. Such a super food and always makes my gut happy. Make sure to pair it with inulin a prebiotic to feed the probiotic.
