Is used this to pull fence. It worked well. It did take a few times to get the operation and release down, but worked well.

Good quality. Easy to use. I got this winch to pull a tree back from my neighbors roof since it grew crooked for some reason. I'm going to leave it in place until the tree realizes that it needs to stay up straight and not bend at an angle and touch the neighbors house.

UPDATE: DO NOT BUY!!!!! Of course, right after the return window and the 3rd time using it BOTH pulleys broke. The metal lever which you push in to release the cable bent on both. One I was able to get the cable released with a crow bar. The other one was so bent it jammed into the sprocket requiring ne to cut the cable. I tried contacting someone at Vevor. Tried. I have had no response. AGAIN - DO NOT BUY. VEVOR HAS NO CUTOMER SUPPORT AND DOES NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS. Works as it should. It was difficult to get the cable out the first couple.of times, but it gets easier with each use. I am using it to tighten twisted wire fence in my pastures. It is helping make a challenging job a little less taxing. Note: the cable doubles back so the draw length is less than 5 feet.

First time I used it I had to take it apart to pull the cable back out again because the take up area was too small and the cable was jammed in. I no longer wind it all the way in to avoid that. Pulling the cable out is always a challenge. I do NOT recommend this item.

This was great for hanging a zip line for grandkids. Before buying this one, I rented one, for about the same cost as buying this one! When after I thought I was done, it turned out that I needed to increase the line tension, I discovered this. Couldn't have done it without this. It worked so well that I hought of starting a zip line hanging business for a minute there, but no.

Worked great. My f250 with a 7.3 was halfway down my steep A driveway and I didn’t have anyone to help me push it up. I strapped this thing to a tow strap that I attached to a metal fence pole in my backyard (in line with the driveway) and to the bumper of the truck and was able to pull that thing up by myself with this little come along. Definitely can tell it cost what it cost but is a very good value if you are okay with that

Tried to straighten out a stand up pole. After the "clamp" bend, the bolt holding the pulley let go. Very lucky nobody got hurt! Cheap material
