I haven't taken pictures on a DSLR in a while but recently shot at an event. I went to upload the photos to my MacBook and panicked when I realized that I didn't have a cord compatible with both the camera and the laptop. The camera is old and doesn't have wifi or bluetooth, and my MacBook doesn't have an SD card slot that would fit the card I was using... So, I decided to just bite the bullet and order a USB adapter, thinking it would cost at least $15ish. To my great surprise I saw this product on Amazon for a MUCH lower price, read the positive reviews, and ordered it with one day shipping through Prime! I am now sitting here one day after my near picture uploading panic attack with the photos successfully uploaded to my computer! There was literally ZERO hassle when it came to using this adapter! I was a little sketched out for a second when I put the adapter onto my USB cord though because it leaves a pretty significant gap between the adapter and the base of the USB, but as soon as I plugged it into my MacBook, it prompted me to connect my camera and the photos, although there weren't very many of them (under 100), uploaded within minutes! I am extremely happy with this purchase and surprised with how well these little adapters worked given the low price! These really got me out of a jam, and I think they will be very useful to have around in the future! Thanks so much!
