Super product at a bargain price. Really works well and keeps my house clean.
I really don't like to vacuum my house. However, this little guy (yes you name it) makes the job more thorough than the job I do manually. I find that I vacuum several times a week, instead of once every two weeks. Once I set it off, it is nice to come home to a clean house, where the wood floors are clean and the carpets look like they have been raked. I can't believe how much dirt it picks up even after it vacuumed a few days ago. I got it on sale, and I wish I would have gotten this years ago. I also like the fact, that if I notice some dirt in a room, I can just tell the unit to go clean just the one room.

Clean Elizabeth III
For some reason I thought I was getting a slate color based on the photo, but it was actually white- wouldn’t have chosen that color on my own. Works good as far as I can tell. It’s pretty intuitive and has yet to get ‘stuck’. The battery only seems to last the duration the clean (about 65 mins) before draining to 30% and it takes a while to charge back. Not bad if you run it once a day or every other/few days. It does A LOT of movement so I can understand the battery life. The ‘self emptying’ feature is really convenient too. I just needed help keeping up with pet hair and I could have gone with something cheaper, but trusted the Shark brand. I pray it lasts many years. I’ve named her ‘Clean Elizabeth III’

Worthless... Hate it.
Okay so I called it worthless - Not that it doesn't have vacuum-like qualities. Or that it doesn't pick up at all. Rather, it only does these things if it actually even charges up. Yes it worked good for the first month. After that, performance degraded greatly and now it just sits there on the dock until we get fed up enough to just throw it in the garbage and call it a loss. When you hit the clean button it just indicates that it has low batteries even though it's been sitting there charging. It's been doing this since like I said about the second or third month of having it. So, we've gotten very little actual use out of the thing. But having cost nearly $300, it hurts to just throw it away.

If No-go is not working . . .
... call Shark customer service. Mine would ignore a zone I set up to keep the vac out of our walk-in shower where it'd get trapped behind a threshold. Tried everything mentioned on the Web, then called Shark service. Got a polite, patient tech who had me go thru steps of setting up a small room to include the shower, then a large no-go zone within the small room to keep the vac out of my shower. After running the vac to clean only the small room and seeing it (finally) steer clear of my shower, I reduced the oversize no-go zone and ran the vac to clean only the small room. It worked! Nothing we did logically FIXED anything, but the end result is that it now works. We've worn two earlier generation Shark robovacs out - satisfied with performance - and like to stick with what works. Fingers crossed that it still avoids the shower when the vac does the whole house tomorrow.

This thing is a life saver!!! Idk what I would do without it. We’ve been using it for over a year and have had zero issues. It makes life so much easier

Lazy cleaning at its finest.
I like this vacuum. I could clean areas two and three times in a day and still have a charged battery. And better yet, I don’t have to be home to do so. I am satisfied with my vacuum. Definitely for people who get tired of pushing a vacuum cleaner back and forth. You do have to set “no-go” zones for some spots on your cleaning map in your home. Other than that, this vacuum is easy to set up, and use. The app gives you full control of the vacuum, and sometimes when it “falls off a cliff” you can find the vacuuming easily with the app. You may have to use the “Matrix” cleaning setting to get that deep cleaning you want, but not necessary when you set the vacuum for routine cleaning throughout the week. A great buy for lazy people who still like cleanliness.

Rethink if you have long hair
If you have long hair this is NOT for you. I have to clean the brush every week because it gets “stuck.” The suction is great, app is great but they have to redesign the ends of the brush where the hair gets twisted up. My previous robot only had this issue every 4-5months.

Empty the hair out!
Love it, keeps the dog hair to a minimal. Battery does go quickly but when it re charges it does completes the job. i love it, haven’t had any issues with it!
