I was honestly a little skeptical about aromatherapy nasal rings, but after trying them, I can see why people like them. They’re very lightweight and surprisingly discreet. Once you get used to wearing them, you barely notice they’re there. The scent is subtle—not overpowering at all—which I personally appreciated. It gives you a light, steady hint of whatever essential oil is used (mine was more on the refreshing side), without being too strong or irritating. I found them helpful for a small boost during the day, especially when I wanted something calming or a little pick-me-up without reaching for anything else. It’s not a dramatic effect, so if you’re expecting something intense, this probably isn’t it. Think of it more as a gentle, background support. One thing to keep in mind is comfort. There is a slight adjustment period when you first start wearing them, and they may not be for everyone—especially if you’re sensitive. But once positioned correctly, they stay in place well and don’t get in the way. Overall, I’d say these are a simple, low-maintenance option if you enjoy aromatherapy and want something portable and easy to use. Not life-changing, but definitely a nice addition to a daily routine.

This is so freaking awesome. It works great and is really comfortable to wear. I really don't feel it much at all. Because it is easy to forget that you're wearing it, though, I'd be careful about itching or blowing your nose while wearing it, so you don't accidentally lose it! One of the best purchases I've made in a long time! The lavender is the scent I got, and it smells wonderful. It's also super easy to use. I think it's priced really fairly, too. I'm a crisis counselor for 988 and local crisis lines, and I think I'm going to tell some of the people who call in with anxiety and depression about this item. I think it could make a huge difference for a lot of people.

I have had the product for about a week and overall it works pretty well. I chose the Lavender essential oil for my nose ring since I wanted to get a better nights sleep. I would have given it five stars, but the ring falls out of my nose almost every night. Since the product is an almost clear silicone design, it can be hard to find. Customer service was kind enough to send me one in blue that is much easier to find. Hopefully the design team will look at possibly increasing the rigidity just a bit to increase the retention when placed on the septum.

This was a genius idea! I wish I would have thought of it first LOL! They are great for when I have a stomachache and I put the ring in; it helps calm my stomach. It is such a calming scent, great quality easy to use, perfect size! I bought 3 different ones! I can't wait to get others. I wish they had better deal or were a little cheaper.

I can only comment on one, the respiratory/allergies one. The smell is very strong and not pleasant to have in my nose for more than a minute. I also bought the eucalyptus one and smelled it, but haven't tried it yet because I need to soak the ring in it first. The smell was the same, though—very strong and not a smell I would want in my nose for very long. I may try the citrus one to give this a fair chance, as not everyone likes the same scents. If I can find one I actually like, then I think this would be a great product. I wish they sold a sample kit with every scent instead of me having to buy multiple ones just to try them.

Perfect during shifts where there's odors. Small and discrete so it's not noticeable. Keep on my badge holder so it's easily accessible.
