I have no idea. I’m pretty sure mine came in one piece...

what is the diameter of the cutting wheels? also what is the width of the cutting area with each pass?

The with of the cutting area is 3 3/4” and the wheel is approx 1 3/4 “.

What are the essential steps to holes not opening ? Not refrigerated? Not floured?

We ran it through dough the completed holes with a knife. The dough needs to be laid out in fridge to stay firm then cut but will still need some help
