Love my ZigUltra's
This is my 3rd set of Zigs. I'm extremely hard on shoes and wear them as my daily footwear. Reebok seem to fit me more true to size and have much better durability than say Nike's. I wear Nike's out in 4 months. I keep my Zigs over a year (dates of purchase below). My first set of Zigs were the Reebok Zig Flow (2/9/11). I wore them during the Paramedic program and put a serious amount of time and miles on them. They are still the best shoes I've ever worn comfort wise (need more time in the Ultra's but they are contenders so far). My only complaint was that the sole wasn't as durable as other shoes and rocks constantly got stuck in them. They did still last the entire Paramedic program you could just see how much had worn off. Based on my recommendation 2 other class mates purchased them. We were doing 12-24 hour shifts to get our required calls done and these helped fight fatigue in our feet. I still used them as my yard work shoes until I bought these ZigUltra's.My second set were the Reebok Zig Wilds (5/30/12). I picked these as they look more durable. They definitely were. The downside was they were never as comfortable. The soles held up better and rocks were not as big an issue so both my prior complaints had been addressed. I just wish they retained the pervious comfort. I don't care for round laces as they come untied easier. These are now my yard work shoes. Answer Reebok ZigUltra.Reebok ZigUltra (10/12/13) I'm extremely happy with them so far. I've worked out once and took my dogs on a walk 3 times so far besides my usual daily wear. They are more comfortable than the wilds and feel lighter too. Very much reminiscent of my first zigs. They have a lower profile sole keeping your feet closer to ground which is welcomed for weight lifting and working out. The sole has zones with softer parts for better impact absorbstion as well as stiffer parts for durability. Seems they combined the sole from my previous 2 shoes and it works. These are comfortable. Thank god these have flat laces. My old zigs came untied a lot. The eyelets keep the laces flat while laced up. These just feel like a refined version of my first Zig. The upper also seems more refined and really hugs my foot. I won't know about durability until I go to replace them but so far I'm happy. They say Black/Rivet Grey/Flat Grey/Pure Silver but are a dark blue as you can see in the photo. I love The color they are a nice looking dark blue, goes great with jeans. I don't care for flashy shoes and these just look nice.

This shoes are unbelievably good. I bought these back in 2014 and they have been put through the wringer. I still have and wear them to this day. Granted, they are definitely nearing the end of their life, but they should have died off way before now. I bought these shoes for my EMT class back in 2014 and they not only got me through that class, but also my physically intense and high exercise Firefighter Academy, my HAZMAT Training, my wildland fire training and fitness programs, but also a load of personal fitness routines, runs, and other countless days of wear, abuse, and high wear activities that usually burn shoes out quickly.I cannot recommend these enough. They are going on 4 years and still are holding up just fine, albeit well loved and worn. It got to the point where my friends were genuinely concerned that I couldn't afford new shoes or simply were afraid to buy new ones, but in all honesty, I haven't had to yet because these babies keep going.I am extremely impressed and if you need a good shoe, look no further.

Comfortable, but are smaller than expected
Update - 4/15/15I purchased these shoes in July 2014. I wear them a few times a week, mainly for walking (going to the store, going camping, etc.) but not for running. The soles have a layer glued on that began to come apart after only a couple months. I used super glue to patch them up, but that only lasts so long. Overall I am very disappointed with the quality of the shoes, as compared to the other "Zig" type of Reeboks. I would not recommend these to anyone looking for a dependable or quality shoe. Was 4 stars, now a 2 star product from my experience.Original Review:These shoes are comfortable, but run a bit small. I think a size up would be too big, but the size I purchased, 13, almost feels somewhere between a 12 and 13. Try them on at a store before buying on here to make sure they fit correctly. I kept them because they do not bother me much and I am not that picky.

good running shoes
I'm a little heavy (5'10 and 225 lbs) so I need a really TOUGH running shoe that will haul my big @$$ around without letting me pound my knees and hips into dog-food. These do a great job. They are snug where you want it (across the bridge) and loose where you want it (in the toes) so you can run 5 miles and while you feet have room to swell, you don't give up crucial arch support. These fit good, and they work great as running shoes. They are not so good as "sneakers" unless you like wearing a big heel. The thing that makes them absorb heel-strike so well is also what makes them feel like high-heels for just kicking around in. of course, you shouldn't wear your running shoes unless you're running... so they are a properly designed and purpose built unit. I love that about them.

These were a comfortable shoe, they did pick up gravel in the tread, which was a little irritating. The mesh upper breathed great but tore prematurely in my opinion. They also looked a little pink out of the package.

Very comfy, but no longevity
I'm a distance runner and these shoes are very comfortable. The fit of the shoe isn't too big or small, but somewhere in the middle. I'm a size 11 1/2 with skinny feet and they get the job done. The zig soles of the shoe gives you great cushion, and support and isn't too soft/squishy when you are going for a run. The only negative about the shoe is that the bottoms tend to burn down very quickly. I run about 30 miles per week and these shoes lasted me about a month 1/2 tops. A typical running shoe lasts me about 260 miles before getting a new pair. I typically run on smooth pavement/sidewalks and they were very comfortable, but I wouldn't buy these again for running. I would recommend these if you want them to wear to the gym or for training, but wouldn't recommend these for distance running due to the bottoms.

A good training shoe but wouldn't wear for long runs
It was an okay shoe for the price but smaller fit than expected. Probably by about half a shoe size.

Extremely poor quality of reeboks....
Laces broke within couple months and the inner lining tore in the first 3 months itself.... In 6 months the outer shell started to tear as well ... Terrible buy ....
