Bowling Fundamentals (Sports Fundamentals)

This book is great for left handed bowlers.I haven’t bowled in quite sometime, this book was a great refresher and learned a lot of new techniques.The information works if you stick with it.

As a relatively new league bowler I found this book to be very helpful. There are a great many hints and techniques which have aided my bowling. Even watching a lot of videos about bowling and techniques I found quite a bit in this book that was helpful and explained things very well. I'd recommend it as a review for any mid-range bowler and certainly for new ones. And anyone looking to improve their game.

Great product

Love this book. I am getting back into bowling and taking lessons this time (a first) so I have a lot of things to fix. I've done other sports in the past and have always found a good reference helps me progress by understanding how it all should happen. Enter this book (I gave up on a few others - too much like engineering manuals). It is easy to understand and follow and makes a lot of sense which helps me settle in to the movement consistently. I've read through the basics and go back and read again the parts I am working on the most to cement the process. I haven't yet read the more advanced sections on spare shooting and lane management, but I am sure that when I am ready for that it will just as helpful and easy to follow as the rest of the book. I tell my friends about it but I'm not loaning this one out. Good price for a great book.

This is an excellent bowling manual. I've been bowling for many years and this book had tips and instructions that were very helpful.
