An interesting read and a good manual to use
This book is very interesting, and when paired with the Steampunk Bible, offers an in depth definition and exploration of Steampunk as a genre. This book is more for practically oriented people, who for example are working on Steampunk based costumes, props, and settings, whether they're amateurs or professionals. Readers also get introduced to steampunk artists and their works- which they may not have otherwise learned about.

Beautiful,phenomenal condition. No bent, marked up or missing pages, no dings or discolor on the covers. It looks like it's hardly if ever been read. It's missing that "New book smell". That's not too shabby!

Will take a second read
Loaded with an amazing amount of information, to the degree I was unable to absorb sufficient content. Will require a second read (possibly a third) to garner the content I was searching for.

Gets you up to speed.
I just wanted to know what is cliché and passé to the steampunk scene, and get a good background of what has bedn going on. Book does that very well. If you’re looking for straight-up instructions to build a specific thing, this isn’t it. This is more foundational so you can do your own thing confidently without just copying existing work.

A great book.
This was a gift for my son and he was over the moon with it. Unable to give pros and cons. But arrived on time and packaged well. If you are a steampunk fan then this book is a must.

Schitterend boek
Heel erg mooi boek en ziet er zeer mooi uit. Enig nadeel is dat pagina 8 en 9 vast geplakt zitten aan elkaar. Hiervoor al een ander exemplaar gehad waarbij pagina 10 en 11 aan elkaar vast geplakt zaten en hierdoor dus de pagina beschadigd is.
