I am really pleased with these. They are great quality. Don’t way too much and very durable. The size is perfect and the value for money was great. I like how they are a plastic material. I am always anxious about anything wooden absorbing moisture from my dough and possibly molding but with these I have no worries at all. The oval one does have a cover. It is just currently being washed.

This is my second purchase of these bannetons. I usually make two loaves at a time so now I can choose to do both the same size I found the plastic works wonderfully. It cleans very well and I don't have to worry about mold that can occur on bamboo baskets. Sometimes I use the liners, but mostly I like the design on the bread.
