Sleep Token returns with Even In Arcadia, their fourth offering and first under RCA Records, set to release on May 9th. This new chapter follows Take Me Back To Eden and continues the unfolding journey, where Sleep Token further intertwines the boundaries of sound and emotion, dissolving into something otherworldly. Review: Just buy It! Sleep demands reverence. - I’ve been playing this on repeat over and over since it was released Thursday night. This album is all good. Not a bad song on the thing. My favorites are Look to Windward, Emergence, Past Self, Caramel, and Gethsemane. This album is so interesting to hear with the musical breakdowns and change ups. Different styles; hip hop, rap, jazz, electric, pop, metal it’s got it all. Every musician is fantastic and they do the deity known as Sleep a reverential ritual every song. This feels like a very emotionally revealing album for the band and it works brilliantly. I bought the CD form which is great except I wish the lyrics were posted but they are not. Very bare bones slip with band name and record label. This goes with the Sleep Token aesthetic or lore so I get it. Just something I like to have to learn the lyrics of songs. Anyway, fantastic album. Like the title says, just buy it! Review: Surprised but at the same time...not - So I'm sure this review will get lost in the jumble of reviews, both positive and negative im sure, how could this not be mixed? But I've spent quite a bit of time with this now, so while late, I've listened to it more than a few times. So first impressions were that this was too candy coated musically but dark in an understandable way lyrically. The 'beats' that we have seen prior are back in full form. The music is 'less heavy' in general compared to eden. The oddity of it is that while in general this may seem a softer album, when they go heavy on it, it is skull crushing. So here is my general impression. It radiates the tension, that dark mysterious sound sleep token created with eden...mostly. The softer side of the album sets the mood and the tension for when it goes all out metal core, but this is sprinkled in very sparingly. The melodies are catchy...very catchy but even though this is less metal, the music has substance, nuances...and the climaxes completely knock it out of the park. The dark mysterious sound i spoke of worked its way through the entire eden album...they don't quite hit that here. I think it gets lost a bit in provider and damocles. Both songs are excellent, don't me wrong, but they are a bit 'outside the flow' if you will. That sound begins to resurface at the beginning of Gethsemane and is back in full force by the end, and continues into the heaviest riff sleep token have ever produced in infinite baths. End game is, I have listened to this over and over, and my big concern was whether it would hold up in the long run as their other albums have...it does. If you want a gage on the 'heaviness factor', to me it is close in general to this place will become your tomb, but also showcases some of the most bone crushing riffs in their career. Sometimes one must be patient and you will be rewarded!!

Stunning Vinyl with Deep, Atmospheric Sound Review
The Sleep Token – Even In Arcadia vinyl is absolutely stunning, both visually and sonically. The pressing quality is excellent, with clear, rich sound that really captures the band’s atmospheric and emotional style. The artwork and packaging are beautifully designed, making it a great collector’s piece. Listening to it on vinyl adds a warm depth to the music that digital just can’t replicate. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to Sleep Token, this record is a must-have for your collection. Highly recommend for anyone who loves immersive, genre-blending music on vinyl.

1st disc damaged, music itself beautiful
An album of love, love lost and depression. The music is beautiful but don't expect it to sound like their rock songs as most of them are softer and more pop like or somber. Still gorgeous and can feel the emotions of Vessel dealing with the challenges of having some not so good fans. First disc had this weird scratching sound on the first song, but it was an easy replace.

Worship for myself and the neighbors!
In an age where we pay for streaming, but when we cancel, we own nothing, I still purchase the albums. Not only do I want to support great artists, but I enjoy the nostalgia of a tangible item. I live in a rural area where wifi can be inconsistent or non-existant from time to time, so instead of feeling like I live on the show, Little House On The Prairie, I'm able to share my Sleep Token worship with our neighbors, or just for my own personal enjoyment. I appreciate the cost of CDs now versus when I was buying them more frequently back in the day, so It's more cost effective to support the bands/artists and you can choose an album with no skips or filler, and buy greatest hit albums for artists that are more known for their singles. Support private media ownership in a world dominated by streaming with zero ownership once the proverbial cords get snipped!
