It is hard to watch how this woman struggles with the family she is married to: her husband, her mother in law. Watch before GETT but just see it!
Can't believe I'm just now learning about this movie. Wish I saw before GETT, but I'm so glad I bought it. Truely a snapshot of a part of Israeli society, but also deals with universal issues of marriage and family.

Excellent. There are 3 movies in the series. After researching the trilogy, I decided to watch #1 and then skip to #3 which was the movie I was originally wanting to see. #1 gives you the breathless background that leads up to Gett.

This DVD is obviously a copy but I bought at a rather hight price. I could not have access to the subtiles for an unknown reason.
