How much weight can one hold?

These are not weight rated. However, we have customers that have used 4 of these for a 200lb door.

Could these be used on a Murphy Bed?

The hinges are probably strong enough, but spring in these would not be near strong enough to raise a murphy bed.

Will these hinges rust if used outdoors?

I don't know we used them inside. Ask the seller if they are ok outside.

How many of these do you need on a standard solid door? Should I replace all 3 hinges with these, or will one do the trick?

We always recommend installing at least 2 spring hinges per door. These are sold in pairs so you only need one set of these.
