Great little starter machine. Good value. Easy to set up and use. Works as advertised.

Easy to use, great for small projects. Just would have liked more references on settings for the different materials.

Two different Atomstak P1 units failed to operate. First unit operated with phone app and computer but the engraver blurred images regardless of the application used. After 6 trials the engraver progressively lost power and finally stopped moving fully during the engraving process, only engraving a diagonal line. Amazon sent a replacement. The Second unit failed to connect to WiFi or operate via the phone app. The computer was connected and initially the engraver operated as expected. After four trial layouts on cardboard the material was switched to coated aluminum. Three image scans were made and the images were very clear. On the fourth item, the engraved image did not engrave through the coated surface. Each subsequent image became more faint until finally no image was engraved. Three more trial image projects were run. Even with full power and using cardboard as the material no image was engraved. Item is in the process of being returned. I would not recommend this product.

Very hard to start and use for beginner. No user guide or directions, just kind of figure it out yourself. Love the quality, but still feel very uneducated and not able to fully utilize this product.

A bit of a learning curve, but this item is small and portable. We were able to laser print a piece of wood the first night!

This tiny guy is an absolute blast to play with. Wood, painted metal, plastic: it'll engrave it all. It'll also cut wood and paper, too! Cutting metal with a 5 watt laser is never gonna happen, but blasting the paint off of tumblers works a charm. I would strongly advise getting the air purifier box; burning a hole in stuff smells really bad. Also, not including a cutting bed is kinda lame. I still love it and use it several times per week. The Atomstack software is shockingly capable, and it plays very nicely with Lightburn if you need ALL the settings to be changeable. Oh yeah, it's little. 4in x 4in cutting area, and about 8x8 inside the box means you aren't fitting a tumbler in there, but the bottom plate is removable to engrave big stuff.

Amazing product, had a simple issue with the machine wrote the seller and they were extremely helpful and fast at getting back to me, they also went above and beyond for me on getting the issue resolved. Really looking forward to new projects we have in mind to create. Thanks again for your help!

It’s a great entry level machine, the 1.2w IR laser is good for engraving materials the diode struggles with. Very easy setup and software is actually pretty good, very happy with purchase.

I bought this laser without having any experience or knowledge of what I was doing and it’s been great I’ve used it a ton I’ve never had any problems it works great and I bought the R6 roller as well to to do cups. It’s a fun little machine the app that you can get works good as well. There is good videos on YouTube for this machine if you need help figuring anything out

I purchased this and the Atomstack A20 Pro V2. I ended up returning both because of firmware/software issues. In addition, the IR laser just stopped working and then would flash and start up again. I completed all trouble shooting with no luck and finally sent them both back. I do not recommend.
