AODELAN External Flash Battery Pack Battery Power Bank for Nikon SB5000, SB900, SB910 .Replace Nikon SD-9 (12 AA Batteries)

I use off-camera flash a lot but until now have only done relatively small projects. For those, one change of regular batteries was sufficient. However, I recently began a long-term project and I quickly found that I was getting through a dozen or more AA batteries each day or two. Not only was this not affordable, but it was also incredibly inconvenient and the recycling times were sometimes long enough for me to miss a second shot. I explained this on an online forum and quickly got the feedback that a battery pack based on NiMH cells would be the answer. Searching high and low I couldn't find one for my Nissin flashes and Fuji cameras. Then somebody pointed me to this pack with the Sony cord. I was still a bit unsure, but decided to buy it and try... Well, it has exceeded my expectations enormously. I have been running it on some regular AA cells, that had been indicated as insufficient when put into my flash directly, just to get the full value from them. I've been doing so intensively for two days, not only are these batteries powering the flash, but the recycle time is a fraction of a second. Once I've used up my stock of regular alkaline cells I shall move on to the NiMH cells. I was concerned that it would be too heavy for my belt, but it isn't - it sits comfortably at the waist all day. If I want to put my camera down, then it's easy to unplug the pack at the socket on flash.

I’ve tried it out - it works. So far so good. Only 4 stars because it is bulky, heavy, not a particularly ergonomic shape, the Velcro fasteners are a good idea but not really long enough to be truly functional. Probably too big and heavy because too many batteries that are essentially uneccessary.

Mal ganz ehrlich, meine Geldbörse ist mir wichtiger als die von Sony. Warum soll man ein Kunststoff Case für Akkus , ganz wichtig es wird immer ohne Akkus verkauft, bei einem Blitz für den man schon 600 Euro bezahlt hat, auch noch 220 Euro zahlen wenn es wie hier auch für 80 Euro geht? Das Teilchen ist klasse, mit Umhängegurt und Gürteltasche und es funktioniert super. Eine mehr als klare Kaufempfehlung!

ソニー純正フラッシュHVL-F60RM2に使用していますが問題無く使用出来ます。写真だと小さく見えますがそれなりに大きいです。電池は12本全て入れないと動作しない様です。ケース付きで厚みもありクッション性もしっかりしたケースなので満足です。ケーブルも太さがありしっかりしています。腰に付ける場合若干取り回し辛いかもしれませんが。フラッシュにケーブルが刺さり辛かったので自分は接点オイルを塗布し改善させました。 純正バッテリーパックはこの3倍以上の価格なのでこの商品で充分なのではと思いました。

The battery pack is sturdy and has an on/off switch. Very easy to carry on your belt during long photo shoots. The battery pack still had a strong charge after 6 hours of use during a wedding! (I replaced a Nikon S9 which does not have an on/off switch.) Note: it requires 12 batteries - a bit of overkill, but works well! (other pack only used 8). Also weighs a bit more. Overall, it's a great product and the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

I never miss a shot. Recycling power is a dream & feels like it lasts forever too. The case that attaches to the belt is built extremely well. Strong material + durable Velcro. Extremely pleased!
