Nice Thick Socks - Bit Small

These are GREAT socks, but the youth is a bit small. I was hoping for socks that went up my son's calves, and these do not do that. He is 9 with a size 4.5 shoe, and he is at the very end of who can wear these socks comfortably. That being said, the bed of the sock is super soft and cushiony, and the message is easy to read when worn. Great gift for the hockey kid in your life!
