Works like a charm in my house office! The desk is near a window, and it heats up regularly in the afternoon. Instead of cooling the whole house, I can simply run the fan. The room has no ceiling fan, and it would cost $$$ to install one. So the option to simply install a fan up on the wall was the fix that I wanted. It's very quiet unless you turn it up all the way, and the oscillating function allows it to cover the whole room. The remote is magnetic, so you can have it close by instead of mounting it on the fan. super buy!

I've had this unit for less than 24hrs and have only run it for about 4 hours in total during that time. Already the plug adapter gets hot (more than warm) which will shorten the life of the adapter. As a result, I will only operate this fan when I'm in the room just in case it starts a fire from over heating. Other than that, the fan is very quiet and moves a lot of air, especially on high. The tilt feature is pretty stiff so after you get it where you want, don't move it again as it may damage the housing and frame. The remote works well, sorta. The 'long press/short press' on the remote power button gets confusing sometimes and when the fan 'misinterprets' the signal, it can be pretty frustrating. Hopefully I'm wrong about the power cord adapter because I've secured the wire to the wall with wire management molding. Time will tell.

The quality doesn’t seem $75+ worth. I have been bummed with companies giving you parts and making you put something together to save shipping box space. This diminishes quality of the item. Not much is holding it together except one tiny plastic locking piece. It wasn’t actually easy to get on the wall and it’s leaning forward. I felt like I was going to break it when forcing it to lean down. I will use this daily and see how long it lasts if I don’t return it.Update- it’s coming out from the wall even after adding two extra screws

It’s important to note that the quality and durability of this fan may be concerning for long-term use. After running it for just an hour during testing, I found that the adapter gets excessively hot to the touch, which raises safety concerns. As a parent with children, I prioritize safety and will not take any risks with this product. This is just a heads-up for anyone considering a purchase.

The fan died within 60 days, and no longer powers up to run. Almost 30 days to the day after the return window closed. Don’t buy this item!!!

Quit working after we used it five or six times. Complete junk

Nice & quiet on low speed but does get a little loud the more you turn it up. All in all not a bad little fan & very easy to set up.
