I'm using this to control my boat elevator. Only need the up/down buttons and it works great! Way better range than the garage remote I had before, and the remotes are weather resistant. Does suck up batteries though.

Converted my hydraulic tilt trailer with winch to a single wireless remote instead of 1 wireless remote for the winch, and a wired pendant for the tilt. Pay close attention to the way your pendant functions if you plan on doing the same. My pendant switched on 2 wires on each. Button, one of which was shared. I needed to install 2 diodes to get the wireless pendant to trigger the tilt properly. 1 line was up, 1 line was down, and the other was a pump trigger line which was turned on in each direction. Mistakingly I only had the pump trigger wire hooked up for the first test, no direction selected, and immediately found out one of my lines had been abraded by something and was slightly compromised, as it blew almost instantly and sprayed hydraulic fluid all over the underside of the trailer. Oops. I used a few bolt thru diodes and just wired a pigtail splitter in and out, with the needed trigger wire. The magnetic safety works great, and you have to hit start again if the safety gets removed. All in all I really wish I would have done this sooner. Even comes with 2 waterproof covers for the remotes, although they have pretty serious gaskets and I think they would probably float and be waterproof as is. I just wish I could get some blank or custom buttons as they don't say what I want them to. I've heard mention of programming the wireless pendant, but no instructions are provided to do that. Also the mfr provided me an item number where I could get custom buttons but it didn't work. The instructions are pretty much crap, hands down, unclear to say the least. Just read thru here it's easy, test on the bench and be thrilled you didn't pay $500 or more for comprehensive clear instructions, and a customer service phone number. That's is, that's all. Buy it. Take your time. That's it.

Worked for about a month then stopped functioning properly

We put this on a Vactor and it works great. Cheap and easy to install.

I got the unit and started trying to decipher the instructions to wire it up,watched youtube videos but could not find any except short no audio of someone bench testing,got it wired up and no work. so tried to contact the email in box with no luck, contacted amazon and they replied no tech support and that I had it over the return time, but they would do a one time refund or swap, but I missed that window also, which was totally my fault, then I get an email from newtry, I explained the problem and they said try this wiring diagram, no work, then they said the mother board was probably burnt up,and they would send another if I would pay 50 dollars shipping, I told them I just wanted one that worked, and to please send right wiring diagram, they told me another way to wire it in and that one worked,,,,,,,,I gave three stars because I like the unit,it works great so far and the price reasonable, plus once I got ahold of them they legitimly tried to help, but they need to step up on customer service and the instructions, time will tell if I stay happy or not Update After six months of use I can say that I like this unit, only problem I have had is one of the the fuses in reveiver has lost connection due to extremely rough roads, it has only happened twice The first time did take me a bit to find the problem, fuse did not pop out just needed a little pressure and roll.to.get connection back Unit has been watertight and reliable except for above mentioned Getting rid of umbilical cord well worth cost of unit Don't like fact that it is made in china, but considering other units are close to, and some over 1000 dollars this was worth s try Very satisfied

I am very impressed with the operation of the product. Everything's works as is should but it took me a few hours to figure out how to wire it up. I bought this product because all the wires going up to the bucket were broke and I wasn't goin to take the whole works apart when I could just add a wireless remote. Will give another review over time to see how the product hold up.

I only just installed; and so far this unit worked seemlessly as designed.. simply to install once you are technical.. Manual of little help!!

Funciona bien y tiene buena distancia de uso pero se hecha de menos las instrucciones en Español. Es complicado conectar para un aficionado.
