Just love these containers! Glass portion for food-storage is a much healthier option than plastic container and allows for easy viewing of contents without having to open. Less waste and no more furry, what-is-this-again? leftovers from the back of the fridge! Lids are airtight & containers nest for efficient storage. As if all this isn't enough, the sets are also an excellent value! I was familiar w/ them, having bought a couple of individual ones @ Home Goods, so was really happy to find the sets available on Amazon. We bought the 18-pc set for ourselves and this 10-pc set for our elderly parents - the small sizes are perfect for them. I plan to order more - they make wonderful bridal shower gifts!

Quality is great. They are heavy bowls and solid. They are a little misleading , you may think 10 pieces is 10 heavy glass storage containers but it's actually 5 with 5 lids. Not sure 5 GLASS bowls was worth 30 bucks. But so far I havn't managed to break them so maybe they are worth the cost if barely.

Love this brand. You can store the snapware upside down with no leaking. I do it to marinate my tofu so I don't have to waste too much sauce. The glass works in the oven for baking and after it has cooled you can put the snap top on to store. It also works in the freezer. Though be careful not to change the temperature too fast with water, cause it could break. I store frozen food safely in the glassware in the freezer. It's a great buy if you want to move away from plastic. It also cleans really well.

I bought these products so I could store my leftovers in glass, not plastic containers. Yes, the tops are plastic, but at least they don't touch the food, and they are designed well and don't leak when thrown in a bag and taken to work (though I haven't tested soup this way, so be careful). The plastic lock tabs can be a bit stiff, especially during the first few uses, and sometimes they take some muscle to snap into place, but on the whole I'm very pleased with the design and function of the product and would buy it again. They machine wash nicely, haven't stained, and don't retain odors, and the bases stack conveniently for storage.BEWARE: In the past I have accidentally snapped a tab off while trying to get it to lock into place. Not with this particular batch I've purchased, but using the same brand on another occasion. So be careful while closing them.

After a few washes, the lids get harder and harder to close/lock. They are good sizes and i like the variety. The glass is quality and all, generally no complaints aside from the fact that I bought similar containers from another brand where the lids don't have this issue after a while. On the bright side, you know they seal really well and lock super tight.

Terrible product - as you can see from the photo, a glass shard chipped off after only 2 months of use, I would like a return or replacement, although Amazon site says the return window has closed. It feels risky to have these in a house with young kids. I saw some negative reviews but tried anyway - we've had Pyrex for years without issue, so I thought perhaps other reviewers weren't taking care of the glass lock ones, but they are poor quality. We took good care of them, never put in freezer, etc, but this chip happened. Buyer beware!!

I love this set of containers. I feel glass is so much better than plastic for keeping food fresh, plus there is no worry about what may be leeching from the plastic over time. They're a bit heavy but I needed that because I often drop things and didn't want ones that would break easily on the tile floor in the kitchen. The lids are great! The way they lock closed is so much simpler than the ones you have to pry open all the way around the top. They make just as tight a seal too.

i have bought a few dozen of these types of containers and they are by far the best glass containers for food prep and storage. None of broken and i use them heavily. I freeze foods and immediately heat them in the microwave (not advised by manufacturer) and so far none have broken. I also put them in the dishwasher (lids top shelf) and all have held up great. The lids are the best part! you will never accidentally spill a container of food again when these lids are on.
