Game Changer for a Lifelong "Non-Pill Swallower"!
I donโt usually take the time to write reviews, but this stuff is so legit I had to share. I am 39 years old and, until recently, had never swallowed a pill in my life. The fear and the gag reflex were just too much to overcome. However, when I was prescribed a mandatory "gigantic" XR pill, I knew I had to find a solution. I bought this Pill Glide Spray out of pure desperation, and it is honestly life-changing. While Iโm still working up the courage (and the technique) for that massive XR pill, this spray has allowed me to swallow normal-sized pills for the first time in my life. It completely eliminates that "stuck" feeling and helps everything slide down effortlessly without the friction that usually triggers my panic. If youโve spent your whole life struggling or avoiding pills altogether, please try this. It has opened up a door for my health that I thought was permanently closed!

A useful component in learning how to swallow pills
I thought I had dysphagia because I often have a fear of choking and havenโt been able to take pills all of my life. Liquid medicine and gummies arenโt cheap, and not all medicine comes in a pill. Iโd tried many times with a low success rate, and ended up buying this pill spray and a bottle cap that was advertised to help. The bottle cap didnโt work for my purposes, and I kept spilling water everywhere. This spray tastes like a sugar-free candy kinda; I think how good of a taste is up to if you can tolerate the sorbitol flavor? It reminds me of those hard candies with the strawberry wrapper. It lubricates your tongue to prevent the pill from sticking and masks the flavor of the pill if it starts dissolving in your mouth. I donโt think it /solved/ my dysphagia, but it helped greatly in the process of learning to swallow pills. What helped me the MOST was using a liquid other than water, preferably in a bottle. Something appetizing that you enjoy and want to drink, because the unmasked flavor of water and dissolved pills and stress makes it even harder to get your body to swallow. I spray once or twice, set the pill as far back as I can without gagging (or in the indent in the middle if itโs larger), swallow a mouthful of a sweetened beverage from a bottle (head tilted back to let the pill slide toward my throat), and it usually works. If the pill floats to the side of my mouth, I take a few deep breaths, remove the pill from my mouth, and spray my tongue again. I still canโt swallow large pills yet, but Iโve worked up to being able to take several small pills in one gulp. I can even take pills without the spray now because of how used to the motion Iโve gotten, but when I have it, I usually choose the spray because it tastes pretty good and it helps. So much freedom when I visit the drug store now! Thanks! Hopefully someone who can relate will get some use out of this. I just wish it came in larger bottles and was maybe easier to find.

Will be buying again!
The flavor almost reminds me of a strawberry flavored medicine, so I canโt say I love that aspect. That said, I can overlook it. I take iron tablets and have a horrible time swallow pills. Iron tablets tend to dissolve quickly in my mouth and leave me with a sickening taste. Along with my major difficulty with swallowing pills in general, itโs always been very hard for me to take medication. This spray, however, is a game changer. It coats my mouth and throat with 2 sprays, covers up the awful taste, and coats my throat/mouth with a slickness. This product has greatly reduced my anxiety around taking pills. The only drawback is that I wish they sold larger bottles.

Didn't work for me
This did not work at all for me. I followed the instructions to the letter, yet I nearly choked on the pill. Perhaps the product I received was defective, but it was an extremely frightening situation. I'm returning this product.

It's worth a try, worked 100% for me!
I am so grateful for this product! My favorite multivitamin is huge and chalky/uncoated. I had been getting it stuck in my throat increasingly and had all but given up being able to use this particular vitamin. Super glad I tried this product...it really works. A few sprays in the back of the throat and the pill slides on down.

My son liked the flavour and texture of the product and was ...
My 6 year old son has ADHD and one of the medications that he has been prescribed is a tablet that needs to be swallowed whole and cannot be crushed. We have tried every pill swallowing device / product on the market and I was very excited when I received this in the mail. My son liked the flavour and texture of the product and was fine to use the spray delivery method. We sprayed it in his mouth as per the instructions and he took the pill with a glass of water. The first time my son used it, he was able to swallow the pill. However, every subsequent time was a failure. We tried every day for two whole weeks but it was unsuccessful. I can see that this might be helpful for an adult but for a younger child having the pill in his mouth to start was too overwhelming. - Mom to a 6 year old son with ADHD and a two year old son.

I sucked at swallowing pills โ but now I donโt. ๐ฏ
I am in awe at how well this works. I have always had problems swallowing pills, itโs like my swallow function shuts down when they get near the back of my throat. So, of course Iโm prescribed what has to be the biggest pill on the market, and Iโm struggling with using peanut butter, even oatmeal, to make it go down. But with this spray, it has some true magic inside it because I have now swallowed my giant pills with water. TWICE. Itโs a Big Pharma miracle. ๐ฏ recommend, I will get another bottle for sure in the future, but you only have to use two sprays of it each time, so that may be awhile. ๐๐ป
