I am very impressed with how nice these boards were. Very good quality

It is wood.. 1/2 inch birch cabinet plywood. This will keep the boards from warping like solid wood would. It is wood so don't get it wet, even if you put a clear finish on the boards. A finish will effect the slide of the bags. A finish will wear unevenly. Two things bother me. The edges of the playing top are sharp. If you are handy with a wood router I would round over the edges so the edges don't splinter. Splinters will snag the bags. The second problem I found has to do with the legs. The legs pivot up and toward the rear of the top. They are hidden by the wood frame . My problem is the leg pivots on a single screw (I'm sure others use this system). the screw goes through the frame. Approx 3/4In.and then a block of wood about 1-1/2in square. The leg is about 1-1/2in square and several inches long. I believe if someone or something puts sideways weight on the top, the legs will bend the screw and possibly pull the screw through the outer frame. My answer is to glue another Hardwood block on the inside of the leg. Not to the leg. I would screw the inner block to the frame. Buy a longer screw that will go through the outer frame, the outer block, the leg, and the inner block. As an option, drill out the screw hole one bolt size larger. I'm a nut when it comes to screws and bolts. I use Stainless Steel Even with the two issues, this game is assembled with good materials and the price is better than some of the others I looked at. Would I buy another one? I don't think I will have to. I feel this one will be given to my grandkids in 4-5 years.

Super sturdy. Simple, came with everything it said it would! The case fits everything easily. The boards are solid smooth wood and already assembled you just fold out the legs when you're ready to setup. The bean bags are good quality and weight too. Perfect!!! Can't wait until the weather is nice to break it in.

Boards seem sturdy and well-made. Very slick finish, I sanded them slightly with 600 paper for a slight reduction in slipperiness. Have only used for an hour or so because one of the bags broke after about 5 throws. Definitely count on replacing the bags, they are useless. Otherwise 5 stars.

Not sure about weatherproof, I don’t leave them outside. I have a larger, professionally made set, and these are angled a little higher than that, and being that they’re portable, slightly smaller, but overall they are great!

Love playing corn hole but away from home alot so purchased this very portable game to bring with us. Easy set up of PVC frame. Good quality bean bags. A little extra bounce on the canvas when the bags are thrown on it but sometimes that can work in your favor. Folds up into a very reasonable canvas bag. Love it and would recommend

Almost plywood like material on top that was very thin. When we opened the box the travel bag was already torn in the two corners and each board had chips of wood missing from some corners but not all. Do yourself a favor and find local friend or business and hire them to make a board and spend the extra money on quality.
