I’ve been using this MAGPLUS+ complex for a while now and I’m really happy with it. What I appreciate most is that it combines several forms of magnesium, like L-Threonate, into one formula. I'm really bad about taking meds but this is something I actually have repeatedly bought. I look forward to taking it at night because it really helps me rest and makes me feel refreshed in the morning. I wish it was a bit less expensive but that's the only downfall I see to it. I have multiple sclerosis and the fatigue is sometimes terrible. When I take this I really feel refreshed. It has become my nightly routine.

This will be something I’ll probably always use. Helps me fall asleep quickly and helps with my restless legs. No hangover feeling in the am n no gastric issues. Suppose to help with memory but I’m not sure this is the correct t dose for that.

I was waiting a few days to give the review to this product and the truth is that I highly recommend it, it relaxes me a lot and helps me sleep very well so I do not intend to make this purchase because its quality is very good and its price is also excellent I love it
