Easy to install, took about 5-10 minutes max. Wish the water pressure was stronger but it’s not bad, and I also wish there were multiple settings for the rainfall portion. Overall though, looks great, easy to install, and works pretty well too. Satisfied!

When taking out of the box, it felt cheaply made. I bought specifically for the rain shower head, but i mainly use the hand held due to the low pressure. (My last shower head had good water pressure.) A few of the spray options on the hand held seem the same. Its tolerable. Easy to install.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took a chance with the mixed reviews & I wish I hadn’t. My old shower head broke & I needed something literally ASAP. Got home from work & wanted to shower before going to my other job, installed this shower head & when I tell you the pressure is non existent, the shower head didn’t stay still, it didn’t connect right to the spout & caused water to spread everywhere and leak, not to mention the hand held didn’t work AT ALL. They also didn’t send all of the pieces for install & the instructions suck. Very disappointing.

UPDATE: The company saw my review and reached out to me They sent me the piece I needed and now I am able to fully enjoy my shower. It is easy to install and the water pressure is perfect. Oh and the biggest thing is its no leaks. Hopefully I can catch it on sale again to buy another one. Shower head and handheld sprayer works perfect but the adhesive to stick to the wall so the sprayer can hang is terrible if its damaged. Mine was bent and now it wont lay flat to stick properly. I have reached out to the company, to no avail. I called Amazon, they tried contacting the company and couldn’t reach anyone. Only good thing is Amazon is letting me return past the return date since they couldn’t contact anyone Sinc

I was honestly impressed before I even started the installation. The packaging was excellent, with every individual component protected in its own soft sleeve, and everything arrived securely packed with no damage whatsoever. The kit also includes plenty of accessories, adapters, and flow regulators, which is a nice bonus even if you don't end up needing them. Installation was surprisingly simple and should be manageable for almost anyone. One feature I really appreciated was the handheld shower mount using strong adhesive backing instead of requiring screws or drilling. I was expecting to have to mount it permanently, so this was a pleasant surprise. The adhesive has held very well so far. The only minor issue I encountered was a small leak at the connection between the shower arm and the rainfall shower head. Even with Teflon tape, it seeped slightly at first. After carefully snugging the fitting a little more, the leak stopped and everything has been working perfectly since. All of the other connections sealed properly without any issues. I purchased the 10-inch rainfall head, and it's more than large enough for a comfortable shower experience. Water pressure is better than I expected, and the coverage is excellent. For the price, I think this is an outstanding value. I couldn't find anything comparable at local stores anywhere near this price point, especially a large rainfall-style shower system with both overhead and handheld options. If anything changes with long-term durability, I'll update my review, but based on my experience so far, this has been an excellent purchase and a fantastic value for the money.

Quality of product is very good and easy to install with minimum alteration to existing shower lines.

I was dubious of buying this on sale. But the fact is, it's way cheaper than what the hardware store in town wanted for their crummy looking ones. They started at 57 dollars plus taxes. almost double what I paid for this. I set this up in about 20 seconds. No leaks. Came with rubber gaskets and Teflon tape and the back plate and plumbing bar (whatever you call that), which I didn't need. I had a Moen shower kit which was 135 on sale down from 170... I needed taps and an overflow and shower head. You couldn't buy just taps/overflow drain. So I had to blow 135+ taxes on a Moen kit, then buy this here on sale so I could have a removable shower nozzle. I love the settings. There are technically 6 (if you count the 3 in between settings, which I really don't count). It clicks 3 times. So it's basically 1.) full narrower jet 2.) regular shower with lots of pressure and lastly 3.) mist. Mist is neat, but you have to turn off the cold water completely I found to have a "warm" mist. That's not any fault of this shower head, that's just how mist works. It cools down before it reaches your body. My hot water is hot enough to borderline burn you, and on mist it hits you with a warmth, but not hot heat, so just know that, when you buy this. It's not the shower heads fault. Just simple thermodynamics lol

The connector to the hand shower received jammed. Saw similar issues reported by another customer about the same problem. The press button to stop water doesn’t work.
