I decided to try Life Extension’s BioActive Complete B-Complex and I’m happy with the product. Right from the first week, I noticed a boost in my energy and overall focus. It definitely helps with fatigue and made a noticeable difference. What I especially like that this product is high quality and has of methylated forms of B12 and folate, which is ideal for people with MTHFR mutations. These forms are more bioavailable and easier for the body to absorb and utilize, much better to use than cheaper alternatives. Capsules are bright yellow and have a mild smell.

This is a great B-complex supplement from a good company. I have used supplements from this company always with good results and at a fair price. As B complex supplements go, this is very well-priced. Also, I appreciate the methylated forms the company uses in their B complex line, as the methylated version is best absorbed by the body. The only thing to be aware of is the niacin content. Niacin can cause a flushing and itching in any part of the body. The reaction is a positive one and is harmless. I gave 4 stars b/c of this possible reaction. Some people are surprised by the flushing and some people welcome it. Some even say that the flushing is a sign of good liver function. Also, I noticed a real uptick in energy when taking this. Can't beat that!

I get this bioactive B vitamin complex every month. I really like it, and I notice a huge difference in my energy and mood. I've been taking it for several months and I feel that it's a really good value for my family.

All the supplements I’ve tried from tbh brand have been solid in quality but the fact that these are only $9 always surprises me. They last so long considering I only take 1 capsule a day because I find 2 is just too high in the RDI for me. They always make a big difference especially because I take stimulants for adhd
