Best mop I’ve had- use mouthwash
This is by far the best robot vacuum system I’ve had (it’s my fourth: I had a Xiaomi, and 2 roborocks). The mop does so much better than traditional robot vacuum mops that just slide the gunk on your floor back-and-forth with a dirty rag-style mop head. It’s great at getting crumbs around the edges. It’s great at carpet and hardwood. I love that it has a water tank in the dock, so I only have to refill the water weekly instead of daily. It does a good job avoiding most obstacles. It will still pick up and jam on some small kid toy or baby socks, but previous vacuums I had would get stuck all the time, and this one only seems to get stuck maybe once every two weeks instead of near daily like my other ones. One of my only complaints is that the dirty water tank on the dock can start smelling really bad, (especially when it’s cleaning the mop or emptying the dust bin) but I suppose that’s not really the vacuum’s fault since that water is just gross. I put about a tablespoon of antiseptic mouthwash in the dirty water tank every time I clean it out in hopes that it will kill some of the bacteria that cause the heavy smells, and that seems to help a little bit (not fully). This machine does so well on its own that it can artificially give you the sense that you never have to check up on it, but I have learned that it does better if you follow the suggested maintenance schedule of cleaning all of the sensors and dock out regularly. I love that in the app it tells you when certain maintenance is due, and then also gives you pictures and videos on what exactly needs to be done. All in all, it’s great value for the money we spent for it. Especially since this has a detachable stain cleaner that has come in handy with our small kids, spilling things on couches and carpet. We even used it to clean out the seats in our minivan and it did a great job of getting stains out. I think we got this on a sale around 900 bucks, and for that price I would say it’s definitely worth it since I’ve spent more money on other brands’ vacuums in the past that didn’t do even close to as good job as this one. I don’t normally write reviews like this, but this baby has earned my respect in a dirty household of six.

A traditional broom and mop would be better.
Updated Review: Vacuum is still 1star, but Eufy customer support is 5stars. Class acts. They gave me three options: 1. Brand new vacuum, same model. 2. I return mine and pay the difference for their new improved model (which admittedly was very tempting at first but I just don’t have the time to go through this saga again if it were the same. While the Omni s1 pro was tempting, especially with the discount i went for option 3. The s1 pro is realistically what i should’ve purchased. It has a ton of positive reviews, 7.4k, at the moment. But i was tempted to buy this one because it had a massive sale. Now i know why. 3. Return unit and receive a refund. They refunded me no problem once they got the vacuum. 5stars for customer service. I would buy from them again. Original review: I’ll start my review by saying that I’ve reached out to Eufy with my complaints and will update if/when I hear back. I have been an Anker (parent company) customer for years with zero complaints. Their cables and batteries have been excellent. The two products I brought from Eufy though, this vacuum and a scale are total garbage. The scale gives widely different readings than our withings scale and the app connection is spotty. But this vacuum is the biggest piece of smart home crap I have ever used in my life. My biggest complaint is that it is just two months old and conveniently outside the return window and it no longer works. It worked well a handful of times and then one day I noticed it smelled horrible as it was scooting around my floors not picking anything. Vacuum appears fine so I take out the roller and clean it as the instructions say, reassembled once it was completely dry others later. Then I inspected the base station. It had dumped both clean and dirty water tanks onto my floor. I cleaned it up and unplugged it and inspected. Nothing obviously wrong. Little bits of dirt in the docking tray which I cleaned. Checked the dust bag on the base station and boom. Tons of water in it. I’ve spent more time maintaining this lack luster piece of crap than it would’ve taken me to just vacuum and mop my floors myself. I’ve never hated a vacuum before, but I hate this thing. Another issue is there have been times it couldn’t get back to its base station and it just died on the floor. I won’t buy anything from this brand again. I’ve already went ahead and purchased a Tineco S7 Ultra to replace. Don’t buy eufy. Buy Dyson instead. Or anything else. A broom would do a better job.

Nearly perfect, super pleased with performance and ease of use
Whats not to love about my new robotic friend? Its sleek, well made, works extremely well and makes household chores so much easier and less of a bother. I love the Eufy Clean app, its easy to map out your rooms and set a schedule, choose your options, etc. One thing that threw me for a bit is that its a separate app to control this unit, if you already have the Eufy app, that main one is mostly for security at least for now. If you want to add your robot vac, you have to install the Eufy clean app. I spent an hour trying to get the robot vac added to my devices in the Eufy main app before I realized it was not the same. The performance of the robot vac is extremely good, its able to clean my hard wood floors easily. The mop works wonders and leaves the floors looking brand new. Later this week I'll be expanding it to also vacuum my carpeted areas, so far I've just focused on the hard wood floors since we're having some construction done in those carpeted areas right now. I also installed some googly eyes for comedic effect and named it "M-O" from one of the robotic characters in the movie WALL-E. I've had the E28 for a few weeks now and really love it, the quality, the performance, the ease of use, the Eufy Clean app is great, etc. You really can't go wrong with this one, its pretty close to perfect for a floor cleaning robot.

Truly Impressive – smart and effortless.
Honestly I'm pretty picky with tech products, I don’t usually write glowing reviews - but this robot vacuum really earned it. The cleaning performance is excellent. It’s powerful, has multiple cleaning modes, and works great in a home with pets. Ever since I started using this robot, I’ve actually packed away my Dyson. I honestly wish we had one in the office too! The size and noise level are totally reasonable compared to similar products. What really sets it apart is the software experience. The map generation is incredibly fast and accurate - it easily recognizes rooms and obstacles, and sets up zones perfectly. The app is intuitive, user-friendly, and the prompts are clear. It works flawlessly across both my phones, an Android foldable and an iPhone. I’ve tried other brands before, but none felt this smooth or well-integrated. Hardware setup is also straightforward. Most parts are basically plug-and-play. The only tricky bit was the tray — it needs to be “clicked in” rather than just placed. I had to try a few times, and the app kept telling me it wasn’t properly installed. I eventually figured it out, but it would be great if the app could include a little animation or more detailed instructions when that error pops up. One moment that truly surprised me was when the robot managed to escape from a tangle of wires. One of the wheels was completely wrapped up, and I thought it would be stuck for sure. But it figured it out and kept going — clearly, the navigation and escape algorithms are top-tier. Frankly speaking, this robot has exceeded my expectations in both hardware and software. It has truly improved my day-to-day life. Highly recommended, worth the price!

Good robot, with some minor issues
It's been a few days now and I have enough information to write a review. First, this is nice. It does a great job at mopping, an okay job at vacuuming. It does a great job for the 90% but that last 10%, it just can't clean up. Even so, it vacuums daily, so it isn't terrible. A few things on setting it up: - You must have 2.5GHz. I know it says that it can handle a mixed network, but it can't for me for some reason. It looks like the vacuum just disappears and needs to be reset and that seemed to have stopped when I put it on its own network. - The instructions are pretty bad. Fortunately, assembly is clear, but it's essentially a single line that is easy to miss on where to put the mop solution. - The app is good. No real complaints. It segregated the rooms pretty well, but what we didn't realize is that it's best to take ALL removable furniture, dog bowls, chairs, etc and move them while mapping. We now have a dead spot that the vacuum won't touch. Easily fixed, but just annoying and completely our fault. The robot itself is pretty smart. It does a good job of cleaning up after itself. Battery life isn't terrible -- about 30 minutes of cleaning, which I suppose is pretty normal. It easily finds its way home. Overall, my wife is happy, so I also like it. Fortunately, any issues I have are correctable via software. I'd recommend it, but just know that it doesn't substitute for someone actually cleaning with a good vacuum.

Beware!!!
Initially, i was very happy with this product . I thought this was life changing. My floor was clean without me having to vacuum and mop myself. Then about 10 days after, the robot just went haywire. A few days after, it completely stopped working. I made multiple phone calls to Anker customer service. They couldn't answer any technical question nor help me troubleshoot. They want me to watch videos on line to figure out what was wrong with the machine. I was instructed to do this and that like clear the area around, make sure there is enough clearance for the robot to move around, etc. none of which worked of course. They told me 'the engineers' were working on it. I asked how are they doing that? All remotely!!!??? And did i mention being on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time just trying to reach a person who really could not help? I was told emails were sent to me that i never received. If customer service was better and with adequate technical support, i would have loved to work with the Anker team to resolve the issue and keep the product. I am very sad about returning this machine. However, with the steep price - 800 bucks plus- I was expecting better customer care and a technical team you can actually speak with to help you. None of those were offered to me. I could have sworn I was talking to the same person everytime I called. A person who did not really help me resolve my issue. And let me add returning was a nightmare. For you to process a return, the seller wants UPS to pick up the product from your home. UPS will attempt to pick up within 3 business days. If you are not around those days, label will be shredded and you have to initiate a new return process. Of course UPS will not really provide you with an actual pick up schedule. So they expect you to wait all day, within those 3 days for UPS to get to your house to make the pickup. Like all we do is wait all day. Like we don't have jobs. Fortunately, an Amazon associate took pity of me and allowed me to make a UPS drop off instead. Amazon said Anker has the return process set up this way which was extremely difficult. I am aware Anker Eufy robovac is highly rated online. However, please take my experience into account before buying a very expensive vacuum with questionable virtually non existent customer service and technical support.

Great buy, best cleaning and mop ive had
Skeptical at first about it being a new product and being able to seperate but so far I love this, it replaces my other vacuums and 100% mops better than anything ive had. Pros: The mopping is phenomenal, washing itself over and over leaving no streaks, even finding spots that need extra scrubbing VIA AI. Vacuuming runs great patterns, the extendable arm getting every crevice while it works. It's AI is amazing at recognizing objects, avoiding things and not getting caught up like my old vacuums. The spot cleaner is great! A bit heavy because if the water tank but to be expected, it cleans spots perfectly and we use it on our cars and couches! It's self clean option is great too at the end of a cleaning. The app is very detailed and intuitive, you can see live feed where the vaccume is, where its been and what its cleaned! The vaccume itself is very quiet! Cons: The empty/cleaning cycles at the base station are loud, as in stop your conversation from 30 feet loud. When electing it to just vaccume, it takes the time to go through a cleaning cycle for the mop, this can be skipped if I ask it to do a simple vacuuming. You have to change the options on each individual room, I wish you could select all rooms and then the options you choose would go to all selected for that one cleaning. The conpany also recognizes this is a new product, they have already sent out an upgraded dirty water tank (though mine has no issues) and multiple extra bottles of detergent for simple feedback on their app.

Best robot ever❤️
We love love love love it!!!! Have been using it for 6 months, It is AI automated cleans seperate on rugs and floors and is so amazing does 90% of the stuff itself, self charges between cleaning rooms, self cleans and dries the mop, everything is selfdone the only thing we need to do is just clean dirty water tank every week or so depending on your use and fill up the clean water tank, it is a must in our house now every one loves it so much, self maps and understands the temporary items and permanent items, value for the money definitely, run don’t walk absolutely the best robot vaccum you will ever buy 😍😍
