I bought the HB315-CT 4 camera system with the 3 Tb NVR drive. The main unit was well packaged, and each camera was individually boxed and wrapped in a foam cover. Everything was thoughtfully well protected. Also, each camera came with screws and wall anchors. There was no missing hardware, and they even provided a few extra screws in the packages. Setup was surprisingly easy, since the cameras connected to the main unit wirelessly. They just needed a power source nearby to work. I just had to scan the QR code to connect the cameras to my wireless network, connect an ethernet from the NVR to my router, and follow the on-screen directions. I used a monitor I already had, but it only would connect through the HDMI port. It was mostly plug and play, and the options were easy to set up. The quality of the cameras is good, and the picture quality is clear. The phone app works well. I had no difficulty setting it up or pairing it with the system. The hardest part was drilling holes through my block walls to access outdoor power sources for the cameras. Overall, the Hiseeu camera kit is an excellent product that does not require a monthly paid subscription.

I bought this system as I was in the market to replace an old set of systems for both my parents house and my own. I stumbled across this system and decided to give it a try since the price was very fair. Its been a great system with clear picture and audio controls. The system was delivered fairly quickly via Amazon, and the packaging was clean. As I opened it up, everything was neatly packaged and organized. The cameras that came with the system was already programmed and set up. Being a plug and play was a nice feature to make the install faster. Setting up the DVR was easy with the mouse, HDMI, and Lan cable that came with it. All you have to set up is your language, time zone, and system password. I have my systems plugging in via landline for a better connection to the internet. As I plugged in each camera, it took about 45 seconds to boot up and auto-connect. The picture both day and night is very clear. Adding new cameras was very easy to do. Just plug you new camera into the DVR Lan port and power the camera on. It will take 1-2 minutes to connect. Use your mouse to click on an empty Camera screen and hit add, the new camera will pop up on the list. Just click add and thats it, the camera is programmed automatically for wireless use, simple! The App was easy to set up, I found it quickly on both the App store and the Google Play store. You do have to create an account but no credit card is required. You only have to pay if you want to use the cloud storage features but the local DVR storage is free. The app is also nice as it lets you control PTZ cameras and use the talk feature on all cameras that are compatible. My system has audio on all cameras which is a nice feature to have. The Esee cloud also has a PC app you can download and log into. I found this a very useful tool to help me program and adjust the cameras. I work better on PC then mobile. Notes: 1. The power adapters aren't really labeled but keep in mind that the biggest one is for the DVR, it is easy to confuse them. 2. Keep you cameras within 100ft of the DVR for best picture quality. Keep in mind that the more obstructions between the camera and DVR, the less the range. 3. Its best if you can keep this near a tv in case you need to make adjustments. 4. The system works better connected to internet via a landline compared to WIFI for me at least. 5. Dongle type Wireless mice do work for the DVR if you don't like an old school plug in cable mouse.

App is useless without a subscription, Only way the system is useful without a subscription is if i just wanted to watch the cameras all day long, or you can review any playback while at home, and the program that you use is honestly janky at best. I personally prefer to be able to keep an eye on my property while away from home for delivered packages, or any other obvious reason, and having to pay a subscription for something like that shouldn't be something anyone would consider being as there's other security systems that are better and provide that service for free. audio is hit or miss, mostly miss. Video quality is fine. Motion detection isnt always accurate, testing it i was able to walk past the cameras several times and they didnt detect anything, inside and outside. Overall, very disappointed with this product, and will not be purchasing this brand again.

Very happy with my new Hiseeu NVR kit with wireless cameras. The Hiseeu was a perfect replacement to my old NVR that for some reason stopped working with the hard drive. The great thing with the Hiseeu is it came as a complete package which included the hard drive, and the hardware I would need to get the cameras mounted. The setup was very easy as the NVR was ready and quick to display the camera videos once they were powered on. These cameras are so much better with their video quality than my prior ones. I also like some features I've discovered to use like the light alarm where when it detects motion will flash a light which is a great feature at night. There's other features I've yet to use but it's good to know there are more capabilities. The only difficulty with the setup was I wanted the NVR to connect to the router (to get out on the internet) using wired rather than WiFi. I would imagine most people would be satisfied with the NVR connected to the router via WiFi but I really wanted it as a wired connection like my old NVR was. That's when I discovered the Hiseeu wasn't compatible with my network hub/switch that I ended up connecting directly to the router's port and I got the connection I wanted to work, The other great thing with the Hiseeu NVR is that it works with the EseeCloud app I've used before adding to the simple convenience of this NVR replacing my old one. And finally one great bonus was the Hiseeu NVR kit I bought only had 4 cameras to replace the old kit I had which only supported 4 cameras, but the Hiseeu has the capability of supporting up to 16 cameras if I really needed more coverage. And it turned out that the NVR also supported the Hiseeu solar cameras which is what I needed in one area I needed coverage where there's no power outlet, yet there's plenty of sunlight. In all everything worked out well for my Hiseeu NVR that not only did it replace my old NVR, but it gave me better quality, coverage, features and more capability than before, and it was so easy to do with very reasonable cost.

Easy to install m, easy to set up anf good picture. Did have la issue with recorder board wasn’t formatted but it was corrected under warranty.

I’ve had this Hiseeu wireless security camera system for about 9 months now, and absolutely love it. I have it connected to my living room TV. It’s connected to my internet router wirelessly so I can view the live video and recorded video on my phone. I have added 10 additional cameras, for a total of 14, and intend to add 2 more. I have a mixture of plugged in bullet cameras recording 24/7 and solar powered, motion activated cameras. They all work really well. The wifi network that it creates is great, reaching every area of my 7/8 acre that I need it to, even through thick adobe walls and a sheet metal pump house. I have recommended this system several times and will continue to do so unless something convinces me not to.

I have had Hiseeu cameras and NVR for past 3 years but the old one has only 8 camera capacity now i needed larger HD with 16 cameras so I bought this one , it came with 4 cameras and 3TB HD, setup was very easy for the camera it came with, for my old cameras PTZ and solar camear I just have reset and make sure to setup with NVR and don’t use phone App, once that figured out from Hiseeu help desk, everything worked like a breeze, Hiseeu support is prompt and on time response and helped me setup also, overall excellent cameras better then other cameras available in the market. I have tried all, best part playback is also very quick and smooth, range is excellent and compatibility as well as night vision and huge storage capacity, all in all very easy to use

I bought this to replace a Hiseeu nvr that broke after 8 years or so. The interface is updated and works well. I had 4 cameras from the old nvr and 2 PTZ Hiseeu solar cameras that I use. I was able to connect all of them to this NVR which is outstanding since now I can record all 24/7. Thats 10 cameras! The app is good and after a little struggle I was able to connect on both mine and my friends phones. Customer service is good whether email or app. We did buy a different system with solar cameras but they would not record 24/7. We were able to return them to Hiseeu without an issue. I am very satisfied.
