Does this computer have a cd, or card reader?

Can i format the hard disk and reinstall windows 7? i think windows 7 is the best version in history.

well, some of the devices may be too new, you would have to get drivers for them if they still support win7. On the face of it, I dont see why not. If you have the CD or know how to make a usb boot disk, you can try. Now days if you do run into problems you can reset it back to win11 from the bootloader on the machine. Just install win7 before you add anything to it of course. Best to call the maker and ask, do it within the warranty period. I agree, I dislike windows at 7 (make sure you have service pack 2 of course). You can also try linux, its really not that difficult to go with MINT. GOOD LUCK!!

Anyone knows the motherboard chipset for this laptop? i wonder if it is b560, possible for gen 4 nvme ssd?

Not sure but if your wanting it for gameing sure it runs app type game from play stores, but thinking like graphic games it just doesnt have the power , very choppy very slow ,but for normal type a letter, search internet, listen n watch movies online then it should work just fine.
