Very high quality product, felt results pretty quickly. Liked it so much I bought one for my 83 year old dad and seeing a big improvement in not just his physical but also his cognitive abilities. Reccomend this highly!

Was unimpressed with the single packs carton which are quite expensive per weight compared to this much larger can. So I quit a couple of months ago thinking this was another dud of a product. Then I recently discovered this larger can existed and was more reasonably priced. So I decided to buy a can and take it at more frequent higher amounts than the small unit dose packets which get powder everywhere whenever you open them. So I'm currently on a trial run of this larger can. If I experience any significant results this time around then I will buy again.

This is hands down better than any other creatine I’ve used. Results are visible fast — strength, endurance, and muscle fullness all improved within days. No bloating, no stomach issues, just clean power and quicker recovery. Mixes easily and works exactly as advertised. Once you try this, it’s hard to go back to regular creatine. Highly recommended.

It made me very sick. I even tried taking 1/2 dose, but still would get an extreme nausea, weakness, light-headedness, hypotension! ( no issues with BP or otherwise). Never had issues with taking creatine prior to this product. Very concerning side effects. I would strongly advice against using this profuct.

The letters on the label are very hard to read! How do they expect elderly people to read this? Such a small issue that ca easily be fixed for such an expensive product. It does not dissolve very well. Has an extremely gritty texture every time I mix it. With the instantized and micronized creatine Monohydrates out there you would think they would use that for the price. Unless it’s the GAA this thing won’t mix well. Gained 10lbs so it looks like the water retention is working. Still need to take it for another month to see if the strength gains will come and improved cognitive ability. It has B6 and B12 vitamins to help with the digestion of GAA, which is good. You need to take methylated B vitamins with GAA. Make the letters bigger on the label!!!

I’m not sure if it’s worth the extra cost for creatinine.

Great product. Definitely felt a difference at the gym.
