The purple sweet potato with a little cinnamon and a little butter is nummy. I've even had it with avocado. I'm buying it again.

I use this to decorate my sourdough loaves. I was hoping the color would be more purple, but it's fuchsia. It's a decent powder to work with. I'm going to make some cookies with it next. It leaves a slight ube taste.

I really do like this product. I know it gives me energy because I’m asked did you drink an energy drink. I’m already very lay back but when I drink this I feel like nothing can stop me. No flavor but I’m ok with that. You definitely want to froth it so it doesn’t settle at the bottom of your cup Definitely worth the price I’ve only made drinks with it and there’s no gritty feeling.

I’ve actually never tried Ube before so that is why I bought this product. This taste EXACTLY like a traditional sweet potato. Not sure if it’s supposed to taste like that but I don’t taste any type of nuttiness flavor or vanilla. I have a feeling this is just sweet potato with purple dye. Although it does taste good if that’s what you’re looking for, I was expecting something more.

I use it to make GF bread. My recipe uses potato starch and I substitute part by this powder. It add sweetness and a beautiful color to the bread. You can’t substitute the potato starch completely because purple potatoes absorb a lot more moisture than regular ones. I love the taste. I’m probably going to discover a lot more uses for this antioxidant rich flour.
