Why here it says take one tsp twice a day and on the bottle I bought it says take 2tbs on a 8 once whater once a day ? Which one is right finally??

Doesn’t really matter, my family and I have been drinking it for over 20 years. If you like the taste add 2 if you want to start off slow add only one tsp.

Taste like tookpaste - not pleasant to drink.

I bough it from a friend suggestion. I don't like the strong peppermint taste. May work ok - but I've not drunk it since. I'll not buy it again - it taste like toothpaste. Oh Update: it's got methylparaben in the ingredients: Parabens, including methylparaben, mimic the effects of estrogen in the human body. As a result, some researchers suggest that compounds containing parabens can cause decreased sperm production and motility.
