I bought Ghost of Yōtei on PS5 as a gift for my son, and he has barely put his controller down since! He was a massive fan of the first game, Ghost of Tsushima, and he tells me this standalone sequel is an absolute masterpiece that improves on the original in almost every way.According to him, the open-world graphics of feudal Japan are completely jaw-dropping on the PlayStation 5. He loves the new main character, Atsu, and says the cinematic storyline following her quest for revenge is gripping from the very first minute. The combat feels incredibly smooth, and the game makes amazing use of the DualSense controller's haptic feedback.The game arrived quickly, perfectly packaged, and in brand-new condition. It has easily been one of the best gaming gifts I have ever gotten him. If you have a gamer in your house who loves action-adventure games, this is worth every single penny!

I have been playing for over 10 hours and so far I am loving it! The scenes are beautiful, the game play is challenging and fun. I did not play the previous ghost game in the ghost series so I can't compare but if you are new to the ghost series you do not need it for this game. It's fairly easy to follow the story and get into the game.

Ghost of Yōtei is an amazing game if you enjoyed the first one you will enjoy this one. The world is beautiful, the combat feels smooth and satisfying, and the story kept me hooked. It looks incredible on PS5, and I found myself wanting to explore every area. Definitely worth picking up.

This game should have gotten game of the year in 2025. The graphics were great. The storyline was great. And the combat system was great. I also enjoyed a lot of the outfits I acquired throughout the game. This is a great story of revenge and triumph. The fact that this is an open world Samurai game makes this game even better.

Ghost of Yotei is not a direct sequel to the last game, but it is worthy of the name. You play as Atsu, a woman seeking revenge for the murder of her family, which at a glance is less appealing than the Mongol war in the first game, but its enjoyable as you hunt and gather information on the Yotei Six. The map is riddled with side quests and vanities to discover, giving you more options to customize your character. New missions such as bounty hunts have been added to give you more of that mercenary feel. Combat is essentially the same as the first game but with some slight adjustments. Stances are gone, and are replaced with multiple weapons. For example, instead of wind stance, which is strong against pole arms, you have dual katana, which is essentially the same thing but looks cooler. Enemies can now drop weapons (and so can you), which you can pick up and throw for devastating damage. There are new features and threats, forcing you to adjust on the fly to prevent being disarmed or killed. Also, there is a wolf that will appear every now and then and help you fight your foes. I will say, the dual standoff with the wolf is one of the coolest things I have seen in a game in a long time. Visually the game is outstanding on regular PS5. Better visuals than the first game, and it runs a smooth 4k 60fps with no hiccups. You still get those beautiful landscapes that you expect in a game like this. Honestly not much more I can add to this as it uses the PS5 tech to the max. Ultimately, this game is an improvement in more ways than not, and I think its worth your time and money. Not my game of the year, but top 5 for sure. 9/10 for me and I am looking forward to the multiplayer update.

This game is absolutely stunning. The graphics are beautiful, and every scene feels like watching a movie. The world is immersive, the combat is fun, and exploring is very enjoyable. I had a great time playing from the very beginning. If you enjoy action games with amazing visuals and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend this game. It is definitely worth playing.

Juegazo. Un más y mejor respecto al Ghost of Tsusima. Bonito, frenético y con un combate realmente retador a niveles de dificultad altos. Encantado con el juego. Lástima las limitaciones de la PS5, que no permite jugar al juego en todo su esplendor y a 60 fps a la vez

El juego cumplió las expectativas. Se ve muy bien. En cuanto a la entrega, llegó bien protegido y en el tiempo estimado.
