I purchased this camera system to go on my older model truck and a RV travel trailer. It is the perfect product for me, it was easy and quick to install and works perfectly. The cameras have strong magnet mounts. I have driven on some rough roads and the cameras did not move at all. The screen image is excellent. The cameras synced with the screen unit the first time right out of the box. Switching between screens is super easy while driving or you can select a split screen imagine. The distance from the rear of my RV to the dash board of my truck is over 40 feet. This was a concern I had before I made my purchase. The signal from the RV camera is excellent, I have not had any problems while driving or parking the RV. The installation of the Auto-Vox Solar Backup Camera system has made my RV trips easier and safer. The system has allowed me to back the RV into some tight parking spots which is a major deal for me. When I am pulling the RV now I can see behind me, which make changing lanes much safer and less stressful. Although I just received this camera I have to give it four stars for design, quality construction, great packaging and most importantly- ease of setup! Assembly and startup are very intuitive, which is good because the instructions are a bit lacking. But overall it was fast and easy to get this camera powered up and working. The magnet in the camera is really strong and I am confident it will do the job. I plan to use this on my RV and will probably remove it when traveling. The cords and cables are plenty long enough and seem to be good quality. The picture is awesome and I love the fact that you can record using the included Micro SD chip. I stuck it to the rear of my car and drove around my farm just to see how it performs and I couldn’t be more pleased. I don’t have experience with other brands or models but I can’t imagine there is a better value out there. If you need a rear view camera I can highly recommend this one.

I got this because rear visibility in an FJ Cruiser is notoriously atrocious, particularly with and because of their crappy backup camera. This camera is outstanding, such a massive image, almost 180°. The camera magnet for slapping it anywhere on the rear of the vehicle is old-school speaker solid, it goes on with a clang (or clunk) and won't budge, and I've tried. Setup is a breeze, just plug the monitor into your cigarette lighter outlet and select the kind of view you prefer. I set it to be on all the time while driving so I can better see who is hanging off the rear corners, truly no blind spots anywhere, anymore! It uses almost no power at all, plus the solar cells on the top of the camera help out. A great buy, I'd get it again!

Ich habe mich kürzlich für diese neue Version der AUTO-VOX-Rückfahrkamera entschieden und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Kamera ist einfach zu installieren, der Bildschirm ist klar und hell und sie hat eine gute Größe. Helligkeit und Abschaltzeit lassen sich flexibel anpassen. Durch das große Display mit 1080p sieht man alles sehr deutlich und das Manövrieren ist sehr einfach und komfortabel. Das Magnetsystem auf der Rückseite ist eine echte Innovation und es lässt auch problemlos einen Fahrzeugwechsel zu. Der Nachtsichtmodus ist ein echtes Plus. Es gibt Infrarot LEDs, die für deutliche Konturen auch bei Nacht sorgen. Eine kleine Schwäche ist eine gewisse Trägheit beim Start. Ich kann aber dieses Produkt jedem empfehlen, der nach einer praktischen und effektiven Lösung für sein Fahrzeug sucht.

Very easy to setup and run, great image with no lag. The only downside I have found is the obvious risk of leaving the camera unattended on the vehicle, its quite big and can be easily seen which means it could very easily be stolen.
