I just got these Tuesday. Today is only Friday, and here I already am! And I’ll say it again -WOW! Backstory: I was looking for a milk thistle, dandelion, artichoke leaf TEA and these came up. Ok, not tea, but has those things and also has beet root (good) and I’m familiar with Tudca (also good). So I put them in my cart and kept looking, but came back and purchased these. Situation: ok, I don’t have poor liver levels or whatever. I usually eat clean and limit processed foods to zero or near zero. I limit sugars, avoid seed oils, etc. But I do have occasional drink, some carbs, I’m in meno and have a belly despite many things. So after some research, (I do take a few supplements (no medication)usually on an empty stomach), I worried I was taxing my liver and might give it a little extra love. If I have carbs or any alcohol, I wake up a lot to pee in the night. I often struggle to sleep then as well, as my mind gets thinking about everything, and so on. I started taking these Tuesday. I’ve slept WELL each night since, carbs, wine, didn’t matter, I’ve not been up to pee or needed to until I wake, refreshed and feeling great! I am stunned. I even added sweets after dinner to see if that changed things and it didn’t. :-O Did I expect any of this? Nope! Honestly, I didn’t expect ANYTHING. I figured it’d be like most supplements, it goes in day by day and you don’t feel much different except the knowledge you were doing right by your body by taking something beneficial (like Vitamin D). Oh, on day one I had a little cramping, like unproductive gas type feeling, that lasted for a couple of hours, but these say to take with food and I didn’t. Once I ate, it was gone and I’ve continued to take without food since without issues. I am a whole lot of impressed and these will now be in my regular reorders!

Amazing product for liver cleansing etc. My numbers went down quick. Highly recommend.

Just started using this product but like all the ingredients that are in these capsules. I take two after my smoothie and work out. I think this is a great product and will continue to use it.

I take it everyday with Plant Sterols and 4 months later, blood tests were a lot better and within normal ramge ! I do have a very good hygiene, eat very well, and have had constant increasing cholesterol and fatty liver for the past 15 years. Not sure which one works best but the combination is remarkable. At least no side effects and only improvements. Steingly recommend combo above. (Men - 40yo)

Update: gallbladder is out! Pathology showed it was damaged, lining was 4 times thicker than it should be. Don't be scared I feel much better and modern medicine is amazing. I'm thankful these pills seemed to help for the two months I need them. I'll likely take courses of them anyway. Original: I have gallstones attacks (or similar symptoms, doctor is 99% sure), while waiting ages for a test I didn't wanna die from my gallbladder rupturing or something. This is all theoretical but the doc said if they seem to help keep taking them. I invented my own theory about why I'm (40/prone to cholesterol forming stones) - lack of bile movement or high dissolved triglycerides from a lot of fasting. Either way I tried lecithin, slippery elm, milk thistle, ox bile, and these shotgun approach / everything in low dose in one pill type. These pills do something great, they completely stop the gall pain before it starts, or even treat it. It seems to work best 1-2 hours after a meal but I'm not certain yet. Either way, by testing each set of pills for a week each, it was clear this does work. Is it eliminating stones? No way, that takes months to years if it even works. But it's probably calming inflammation, and maybe improving bile flow, while may be helping prevent attacks, further damage. Again it's all theoretical but I've used yellow dock, red clover, milk thistle and a few other items included in isolation for 20+ years for other reasons and they're legit and pretty potent for liver detox, skin issues, gut health, hormone balance. It doesn't surprise me they'd help something digestive related. I'll come back in a few months to add if I had the gall bladder removed or if I found a small enough problem that I can just monitor and try to work with it. No doctorly advice here this is all theoretical and specific to my unique case of course.

I don't see any difference after taking the product. I thought the ingredients looked very good, but I've been evaluating the ingredients to find the best product for my buck, and I am NOT impressed by the lack of comprehensive information. The company says its main ingredients are "propietary." This means that they only provide the total amount of ALL of the propietary ingredients LUMPED TOGETHER. As a knowledgeable consumer, I want to know how much of EACH ingredient it contains, and I can't. I will be discontinuing my reorder for this reason. It is too expensive NOT to be able to see the amounts that it provides.
