Are these rose flavored?

No, they have no flavor other than sugar. There is no rose in the sugar. They use a natural beet juice to create the color. We hope this helps!

Do the pink roses affect the color of tea?

Not that I’m aware of. I was in charge of a tea for 150 people and each person had these items and they were used by the Ladies present. No one commented on it discoloring their tea. This is a group who are very “experienced” tea party people who do not hesitate to speak their mind so I’m sure if their tea turned colors it would have been made known. The sugars were a beautiful touch to our afternoon and the ladies did comment on how pretty they were.
